I would describe my experience with flysmarter as disappointing due to the fact that they chose the wrong flights for me which almost ruined my trip but I was sure that this was a mistake from their side and it will be fixed right away but this wasn't the case as they wanted proof that I booked other flights than the ones they booked for me(I should have predicted the future and screen recorded while I was booking apparently) and I made sure more than once while booking like I always do but for sure they told me they couldn't do anything for me not even a rebooking (noting the mistake is from their side!)so I had to change my entire plans and book a third flight ticket on my way back because unfortunately I couldn't miss my work so please be careful while booking with them as they are untrustworthy.
I tried to find a solution which works for both side but they didn't try to find a fair solution...

I made a mistake while booking my multi-city flight. The customer care was amazingly prompt for my assistance. I was very impressed by the personalized care they take for each case. My refund was processed without any hassle, and they were there to help at every point of my booking. You talk to real people, not some dumb AI chatbot. What more can we expect from the service team? This experience instilled a sense of trust for this company in me, so much so that I booked my new trip with them even though I found a better deal on another website.

We made great experiences with them, as they responded very fast and flexible, so we were able to cancel a flight which was misbooked in the wrong month.

We made great experiences with flysmarter during our stay in Australia. Due to a cyclone, we were forced to re-schedule 3 flights. Communication with flysmarter support via email worked really well, our requests have been adequately taken care of and they only charged us a small service fee (nothing compared to the costs we would have had, if we still had to pay for our actual flights).

I had some concerns about our purchase and addons. I wrote an email to support, I have got an answer in less then 24 hours. It was detaily answered on all my questions, and I was offered a help with an action I needed to complete.

We have booked a flight to the USA and back with FlySmarter for May 2024. At the end of January, the airline canceled our return flight for no apparent reason. FlySmarter offered us various options and was able to book another return flight for us within two days at no additional cost. The communication via email was excellent and very fast. An answer always came within a few minutes. I can absolutely recommend FlySmarter, a customer couldn't ask for better support.

My experience with the costumer service was nice. Quick replies, helpful and efficient.

One of my flights got rescheduled which made it impossible for me to catch the connecting flight (all booked via Flysmarter.de) . They gave me option either to rebook a flight on a different date or apply for a refund. I chose the second option and they processed the refund immediately as soon as they received the refund from the airlines. I got the refund money in my account within a week. All the communications happened via email, and they were very quick.
