I would use them again
I would use them again. They fixed my car after somebody drove into it. They dropped a courtesy car off at my house and dropped my car back a few days later. The staff were lovely and I’m pleased with the work they’ve done.
My only criticism is that I don’t think the communication is the best, they don’t send a confirmation email which I’d prefer and I also sent an email that wasn’t responded to. Other than that I have no issues.

First classs experience
I can not rate FMG Bournemouth highly enough.
From start to finish I was given regular updates on the progress of my vehicle's repair.The staff both in the office and the people collecting and delivering the car were so helpful,friendly, courteous and professional in every way. They went out of their way to collect and deliver to fit in around my day which was very much appreciated.So a

A totally flawless and efficient service. My car was damaged and FMG handled the repairs via my insurers. They collected my car immediately and kept in constant contact (thank you Kelly!), letting me know how things were progressing. When the repairs were complete, they returned my car immediately- spotlessly valeted and washed. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

She was so approachable and friendly and explained the whole process and completed it with impeccable customer service skills and a smile on her face.
If she hadn’t dealt with my car whilst it was being repaired, I wouldn’t have been as happy with the service.

We left our Diamond Black Škoda in for repair following a rear end shunt ( NOT OUR FAULT )
We were told the est finish date would be today and it was .
The quality of the repair was utterly brilliant .
Everyone I dealt with was very Professional , very helpful , and very polite .
Could not ask for a better experience .
