Ruined birthday experience and meaningless words from F&P

Very disappointing experience with Ferns N Petals Singapore.

Mum’s birthday and ordered for flowers , supposed to arrive at 12 noon. They failed to do so and when I called, said that they would deliver by 5pm and I said ok fine but no later as birthday celebrations started then.

When it was not delivered by 5pm, I called customer service and they tried to blame it on me claiming they did not have the address, which they did have. I told them this time - no need to deliver anymore and just give refund. They refused to give refund and continued to blame on us.

Flowers were finally then delivered (suddenly they had the address) extremely late (around 10pm), after party ended and all left. When they finally arrived, some flowers appeared wilted and not fresh, and I even remarked the same to the delivery rider and queried whether I could not accept it.

Reached out to customer service and received continued rudeness in tone as they insisted the flowers were “fresh” despite photos showing otherwise, and the response felt generic and dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Again refused request for refund and just wanted to close the ticket.

Given that this order was meant for a special occasion, the late delivery, lousy quality at end of night, coupled with terrible customer service has completely disappointed us.

Posting this for transparency that when mistakes are made - not to expect any understanding nor decent customer service.

Post edit: order 0695 through Deliveroo, but delivery and service by FnP. No sincerity to date.

Defective product

I ordered a LED light for my mom and one for my dad. The one for my mom does not work. I have been writing to FNP asking them to replace it for weeks and they refuse to do anything!

I ordered a bouquet and 3 plants worth …

I ordered a bouquet and 3 plants worth 1726/- INR. This was for birthday. They didn't delivered for 3 days. Then I asked for refund. The status in the site is showing as refunded. But they haven't refunded even after 3 months. Nobody called even if I requested call back. Every time, I mail, they will reply "refund initiated". Till now - not received anything. The support engineers will tell, they will call or not respond at all...........such a bad experience

Bare-faced liars, missed delivery, horrible customer service!

Accepted my order; delivery didn't arrive in time (17 Nov) - no reason given. I had to make 3 international calls from the UK to try asking for re-delivery for both items the next day (because there was a card with a message).

All 3 people I spoke to in customer services (2 guys - Rohit, Rishabh and some woman who didn't even introduce herself on the call) just agreed to what I asked for - basically lied through their teeth - and then went ahead and sent the flowers on the evening of the 17th (re-delivery same day) and cake the next day, ruining my surprise! The first person I spoke to - this woman - said she'd already arranged re-delivery for the 17th evening, in spite of me asking her not to. I questioned why because I hadn't authorised a re-delivery (it was getting late in the evening). Further, that she needs to arrange re-delivery next day with the cake - and then the line just went quiet. I could hear her type but she wouldn't talk. A few seconds later, she just hung up on me! No call back, nothing. Because she knew that I'd already paid and there's nothing I can do sitting in the UK. The brazenness of it!

The last guy, Rishabh, then promised to send another bunch of lillies with the cake the following morning, to make up for their mistakes, and lo and behold - no flowers showed up with the cake the next day. Profusely apologetic on the phone but in truth, they don't care an iota. Even promised to send me an email confirming what was discussed - nothing in my inbox.

I wasted close to a thousand rupees and an hour of my work day on calls with these jokers and they couldn't be less bothered. No standards, no integrity, no honesty. Absolutely disgusted by the (lack of) service and lies. Avoid FNP like the plague. If I could, I'd give them minus 5 stars. Never using this website again.

I ordered flower bouquet for my niece’s…

I ordered flower bouquet for my niece’s wedding. They were not delivered. No contact was made. It is totally one way traffic with them. There is no contact number to call them. If you miss the call you cannot call them back. Will certainly not use their services again. Will definitely not recommend them. The wedding was on 4th Dec flowers were to be delivered on 3rd. Until such time no news from the not even an apology or a refund. Totally bad experience. Would not even give them 1 star.

How do I reply them. They asked for order number: order number is 68008918.

Terrible service, threats from delivery guys, no gift or refund received


Your service is terrible and your customer service is the worst. I sent out some gifts for my brother using your website ( which often shows me things that are unavailable and then i receive swap emails from you at 2AM in the morning since i am not based in india), i ordered for my brother a day before his birthday and his birthday has passed but he never received anything. the delivery person basically called and said he has a package for him ands never mentioned where it was from, then when my brother complained of not receiving it (it was a surprise, he obviously did not know he was getting it) the delivery person called and threatened him that he will make his life tough since he complained. All in all, my brother has still not received any gifts and i have not heard back from their customer support. I will advice, never ever to order from these people. Do you do any background check on people you hire, update your website, address your customers concerns? I basically wasted my money and his special day was ruined, still have nothing in our hands btw, but threats from your delivery guys and ghosting from your customer

Low end products and bad customer service

Ordered a photo frame and a watch. The photo didn’t even fit the frame, and the watch runs slow. Customer support is only via WhatsApp—after I reported the issues, they just apologized and closed the ticket without resolving anything. Message came from a rep named “Ajit Kullu,” which felt unprofessional. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Pathethic service in Nashik

I am a regular client to Fnp Mumbai. Yday I placed an ordered first time in Nashik thinking that FNP will do the job well. But these guys drained me, wasted my time, spoilt my celebration and made me spend double on the gift. They placed my order on HOLD few mins after placing the order. There is no contact no. given to connect with them. They representative also did not know why the order was on hold. Their Chatbot keeps repeating the same things again and again.no human to assist in knowing what was the problem with the delivery. 5 hrs I had to spend coordinating for a simple chocolate and bouquet order. Then I asked to cancel the order and initiate my refund as the order was not processed till 10pm in the nite. Their Online team esclated the matter and said they will look into the refund.
At 10.56pm they deliver the order without informing me and when I had cancelled the orrder. I had to buy another gift from elsewhere as I had cancelled the order.
I wasted my time, energy, money and wen today the chatbot keeps asking the same questions which it asked yday.Do we have so much of time to do all this for a small order.I just want my refund back and not the 20% refund. My time and energy is more precious. I have all the chats too to show

Very bad experience

I was such a loyal customer for years but they have created the worst experience for me. I ordered a mug and chocolates for my father who turned 75 as I live away. The chocolates could not be delivered by some problem in the courier company so they won’t cancel. What is the point in ordering for a birthday? Never going to order from them again.

Cheats

I have had the most horrible experiences!
Ferns and petals are scamming their customers.
My son has ordered big bouquets through them for me many times and each time the flowers are not fresh and half dead.
This time I decided to contact customer support with clear images of their rotten flowers and they gave me poor excuses instead of refunding or replacing the flowers.
Getting through to them took me two days and they have the same old poor excuse.
This is the last time we will order through them.
Nobody should order through Ferns and Petals. They are big cheats!

Delivered, but not received

I ordered a black forest cake yesterday for my dad's birthday and today I got a message saying it has been delivered, but I never received the cake and neither did the delivery person made any contact before the delivery. This is so getting out of hands. I've been purchasing items from them before and had no such issues but this is just so annoying.

Not only the chat support isn't helping me but also the mail response did not bring me anywhere. I need a resolution soon.
