Boycott FNP order was places vide order no.68534244 and was expected to be delivered on 18 Dec 2025, the delivery partner didn't deliver the product and company is not even refunding the hard earned money of the customers.

Absolute scam artists, never called or made any attempt to successfully deliver the flowers. Never even heard back from them. I emailed them myself to find out where my order was and was told me there is no refund or redelivery just a lazy company who don’t care about their customers

My only request is we trust ur service and use it as you promise timely delivery, when we r not near our close ones we want to show our love that's it. I will surely write a review in future if am experiencing a great service from your end and that's the only thing i expect in return of the review.
This is the follow up review on Jan 2 IST for my previous one, on 18th dec 2025, they replied to my review saying they have made note of my order number and are getting it checked right away on 18th dec 2025. On 20th dec 2025 I have received the following mail-
We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you had with us.
We tried to call you on 8015869028, but number was not available to receive incoming calls.
To assist you, we would like to offer you FNP Cash of Rs.199. Additionally, we will provide an extra 5% FNP Cash, which you can use for your future purchases. Please note that the extra 5% will be valid for the next 30 days from the date of issuance.
This is how they reply to all complaints and make us spend more money but nothing changes.
Its Jan 2 2026, they did not do anything till today or did not get back to me properlyas said in review reply. Their reply in reviews is another way of deception to fool on new clients. For new readers I have added my previous review here following this for clear details. Info as follows:
Worst service,they are smart with no reviews section to be found easily.if there was a rating for -100 I would gladly pick that up without 2nd thought. This is not the 1st time, last year I booked cake for the same date they delivered it too late to my father in law, then i booked a cake for my friends birthday on aug 6 th on specific time slot(order no.60617826) but they delivered it 1 week ahead, i booked a cake and laddu( order no.65877551) for my in laws wedding anniversary they did not deliver laddu till date. then i booked a gift for a friend to be delivered on Dec 5 (order number. 66159791) but they delivered that on October and said that's delivery partners mistake, then now I booked for my father in law's birhday which is dec 16( order no. 68491205) it's not yet been delivered and today is dec 18 2025, 8.30pm.
Am in US so if I book complaint they will say they tried contacting me in India number and I did not attend so the ticket is closed. If i reply with the ticket number giving them the details of my US contact number and Iam reachable by mail any time they don't bother to reply. If we keep bugging them and accidentally they come across the mail they will say sorry we can't do anything so will give u 10 or 15 percent discount in next booking. They will never sort the issue. They don't have customer care number which can reach them easily. Such a worst application with stupidity.

I would have given 0 rating if it is available. Worst customer service, they will not resolve the issue but keep on asking 'may i help you' quotation. If delivery cannot be done, order has to be cancelled but they will not cancel the order nor deliver the order. Worst website to order anything from. Never never never trust. If contact is not reachable, should ask for another contact and when address is mentioned clearly, they are very lazy to find the address. They dont know how to use the google maps and we sre living in AI world, they dont know how to find address on the planet. Never gonna order again nor recommend to others.

I would give 0 star for this company, they did not deliver the product at all. When customer service was called, they stated we need to pay delivery charges for them to attempt again for delivery. They did not refund money as well. TERRIBLE customer support, please do not use this website.

Appalling from start to end.
I made a last minute order to be delivered to family for Christmas. First I was contacted to say the (very overpriced) product I ordered was not in stock for Christmas delivery and asked to change it for another, much lesser product, for the same price. I agreed only because I was guaranteed Christmas delivery. I paid extra for quick delivery.
It's now been 4 days after guaranteed delivery, the product never arrived. The recipients have left the delivery address.
FNP has taken no responsibility, simply replying the delivery will be late, at least a week after the promised date, if at all. Nothing as ordered or promised. No recourse or option to cancel the order and get a refund for a product I never wanted, arriving days after the holiday, to an address in which the recipient will no longer be at.
After days of trying to get a manager and recourse I am exhausted and given up on the wasted nearly 300 GBP. I recommend staying away.

Have used for a few months with success.
Recently ordered 3 balloon Christmas tree for fun gift. They lasted just a few hours. Contacted support for a resolution and was told they have a 2hr refund policy with balloons.
Is it me, I was expecting they would deliver new balloons and replace.
For me I cannot use this company again and their cheap products and effort in resolving this matter. Was offered a cake as a resolution days later but the moment has passed. I will not be using company again, I expect a good level of service which this company fulls short of meeting my personal expectations. I was left embarrassed. This company comes with RED FLAGS WARNINGS!!!

I ordered 7 Walnut Cakes on 23rd December 2025 through Ferns and Petals sales staff ms Shweta, and was assured delivery by 23rd evening or 24th December (before Christmas). However, nothing was delivered on time.
3 out of 7 boxes arrived on 25th December, 3 boxes were delivered on 26th December after Christmas, 1 box still pending as off 2.50 pm as of 26/12/25, the lamest excuse of refer delivery company instructions which were never disclosed before placing the order. Had I been told the truth, I would never have ordered.
The entire purpose of gifting was ruined, and the exterior packaging was terrible and cheap, leaving a very poor impression.
If you are ordering gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or festivals, be prepared for late delivery and embarrassment.

Ferns and Petals is a poorly managed organization to deal with. Based on my personal experience and the majority of reviews I have read, many customers have faced similar issues. I do not regret my statement, nor will I edit it. The inconvenience caused amounts to harassment and mental stress. Only fair compensation can make up for this and serve as a lesson for the company to improve its services and stop taking customers for granted. Given the large number of negative reviews on your platform, it is evident that improvement will not happen without accountability.
Today is 27th dec till this very moment, 9.45am the order placed on 23rd dec through sales rep ms Shweta has not been delivered to mr Jai Parekh Shane on this bunch of jokers
On following up with their support team ms Loretta yesterday who assured me delivery on 26th dec, the same has not been delivery till day, putting me in a very embarrassing situation
Surprised how this third rated company is still surviving in the market place

FERNS AND PETALS has perfected the art of deception, and its employees seem to execute it with disturbing confidence.
An order for 7 walnut cakes was placed on 23rd December, at around 10.30 am with an explicit commitment that all cakes would be delivered on 23rd evening or 24th December. The order was handled by Ms. Shweta, who repeatedly assured me without hesitation that delivery was confirmed and 100% guaranteed.
From 23rd to 26th December, I followed up relentlessly. Each interaction produced nothing but fresh lies wrapped in fake politeness. Even yesterday27/12/25, i was assured by ms Aiyushi and mr Gaurav from support team the delivery will be made, between 9AM and 9:00 PM, to mr Jay Parekh, as expected cake was not delivered with the excuse nobody available at premises when the fact remains there is a 24/7 house help at home (god bless these jokers 🙏)
Today 28/12/25 called up support team again and spoke to Mr naresh who assured the cake will reach between 9am to 9 pm,
Ms. Shweta, sales rep along with the rest of the support team, appears either completely untrained or exceptionally well trained in misguiding customers, issuing false assurances, and wasting people’s time with rehearsed dishonesty. If this is customer service, then deception is clearly part of the job description.
God bless the poor souls working here who are carefully groomed to lie with confidence while hiding behind scripted apologies.
The consistency of misinformation suggests this is not an isolated failure but a systemic culture of deceit, endorsed silently by management. The abundance of terrible public reviews numbering in the thousands only confirms that this organisation survives not on service, but on customer helplessness and regulatory indifference.
This company is an embarrassment to the concept of organised business. If promises meant anything here, this establishment would have shut down long ago.
Request Mr naresh if the cake does not reach mr Parekh today 28/12/25 in that case to deliver the cake to the family members of the owners of ferns and petals as compliments from the MARTYRES family, and not to forget consumption of this stale cake dt 23/12/25 is at their cost and consequences

Ferns and petals has one of the worst or the worst customer support team. I had wanted to cancel an order which had been placed mistakenly. On trying to contact the support team for cancellation, I was redirected to the WhatsApp chatbot, which kept reassuring me that a live agent will contact me subsequently. Alas, no such contact was made and the recipient of my gift was left stranded with duplicate gifts. I will make sure to never make any purchase off them and inform my friends and relatives as well and make sure that they don't make any purchases as well. My order number was 68715095. Sorry dear fnp... you just lost not one but entire family who were your customer. This is an absolute method of extreme cheating and non professional behavior. I had confirmed twice from your sales executive who kept on snooping on my cart that the product will be exactly the same. Sales team barrage and annoy the customers with hundreds of calls before the sale confirmtion nd thereafter disappear like smoke. I was assured that the product will be like the display picture. If i had known that he was lying through his teeth I would have chosen some other plant.

I tried to order a cake on 20th dec. But the delivery charge was 200 which made me think. I got a call from FNP. I said I need favor 1 reduction in delivery charge. 2 cake has to be delivered before 3.00 pm of 21st dec. The agent did some reduction around 100rs and said we will try to deliver as you requested and I mentioned the same in the order note. Trusting his words i order the cake. Next day. Around 12.00 pm i got a call from an agent stating, sir the delivery person is trying to reach u, but you are not reachable. I said I didn't receive any call or message. She said I will ask him to call you in 2 mins via what's app, your net is on right. I said okay. 20 hrs now..she vanished.
From 1.00 pm till 9.00 pm i am chat with these customer service agents via whats and their app. They kept copy pasting the same templets your order will be delivered soon within the slot you booked. Is there anything else we can assist you, we are closing this chat. Very eager in closing the chat, no even trying to understand my concern. No proper updates provided as where is the order. Nobody reached me, after 8.00pm they are updating in app stating receiptant unavailable. Basic knowledge if it is true, during the what's app chat, should have asked for alternate number. I wanted the cake for my daughter's birthday, till now I didn't receive. It was insulting for me, we celebrated by cutting the cake which somone else brought as token of love. They are not even cancelling my order and refunding stating it is already out for delivery. If at i get the cake today what is the use. My dear fellow mates, pls dont trust this brand FNP, they play with your emotions and increase you BP. Worst brand
