Never got my order. It says was delivered but I'm honestly not sure even to properly read the tracking. Wrote them an email and never heard back. Won't be ordering from them again nor anyone who ships from China. Lesson learned.

I can not speak for others experiences but as for my own it arrived quickly was all packaged well and exactly what id ordered , No issues at all

My order went to a wrong address lve emailed them around 7 times no reply back after initially sending order number and shipping number, they took my money though No cosmetics were delivered to me ...buyers beware!!

I ordered my Focallure lip crayons and a few other items. When they arrived they were melted and broken. I wrote to the company and they were very quick to respond. They replaced all of the lip crayons and were fantastic about it. The colours are great. I bought the package of 6 shades and discovered two colours I had not thought about wearing before. They are now my favs.

Placed my first order on May 4 for one PK02 SOUR SUGAR. I was somewhat skeptical, so just ordered the one. Paid via PayPal. Arrived to the USA in 10 days. Beautiful Packaging, Quality Lipstick (especially for the price) that stays ON!! The Sour Sugar Color is absolutely GORGEOUS! Placed another order for 3 more (wanted one for my purse, a spare and one for a gift), and again everything was lovely and once again very fast arrival in 10 days. Very nice to get the discount on 3+ and FREE Shipping. I'm currently waiting on my 3rd order as I wanted to try even more colors! Highly Recommend!!

The customer service was good until I tried to get a refund and they stopped responding to my emails

I had an item in my cart however never proceeded with actually purchasing it and only completed half the details as I changed my mind. I have received numerous emails even though I never signed up for them and these emails continue even after "unsubscribing". Steer clear.

I’ve ordered from the company 3 x now and order has always arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I love the lip crayons which I have repurchased as well as eye crayons. Would highly recommend. I was also delighted with my 6 free lip liners that I received with my last order. Really can’t fault

I ordered 3 colour shifting all-over face fluid pigment in January 2024 and all three arrived as advertised in the same month!
The fact that so many people say it’s a scam made me really want to write this to say it’s not, you need to respond to the order email to confirm your shipping details before they send it!
The colour shifting shades I received genuinely do look like their listing and I’m so excited to try them!

The eyeshadow came shattered in pieces. Slow shipping. Colours are not exact like in pictures.
All over face pigment is sticky.
Glam metal liquid lipstick does stay even for 20 minutes if you speak (if not posing for pictures), if you double the amount of it, it is falling of lips in pieces after some time.
Not good for real life, party, events...

Total scam… can’t believe I got sucked in. Ordered four eyeshadow sticks and got 1 of the three colours ordered. The company then tell me that receiving a bright red eye shadow instead of a dark Matt brown was my mistake on their order system. The only way to rectify it according to Focallure is to buy what I wanted again with a discount. No thanks! I’ve learned my lesson.

HUGE SCAM. DONT BUY. Bought lipstick for $17US, arrived a month later revolting. BUT since then they have taken money out every month from my credit card and now weekly, a few hundred dollars. Dont reply to any emails. Bought from Focallure says in US but arrived from China. Appears on credit card as GLAMOURDISTRICT . Saw add on Facebook.

Paid for my order, about 46€ in value, never received it and lost my money. I ordered, to date, on the 16th September. Scammers.

EDIT: So I threatened to report the company and they finally replied. My order arrived and the products are genuinely beautiful and good quality, but the customer service is absolutely subpar.

Never received my order which I purchased on the 31st May. Emailed but have never received an response. Took my money with no products received

I ordered two lipsticks: the colors don't match the ones shown on their site at all and they are so weakly tinted that they can't even be compared to a lip gloss. Terrible purchase, don't be fooled!

My order never arrived and there was no response when I asked. Very unserious and unprofessional. No recommendation for this company. Be careful, Scammer

First of all, this company is located in China so it took 3 weeks to get my order. Then they got my order wrong, I saw my order confirmation email. The Born Shine glitter lip gloss is just ok, and definitely not worth anymore than the $9 I paid for each on Black Friday. I emailed company on the order being incorrect and still haven't heard anything. There are better products out there, I won't be ordering again.

I have waited almost a month, a small order. The tracking was not complicated 17track or huahan logistics. They ship with Wish post from China. It went to Korea and after that it flew to the Netherlands and in no time in my letterbox. I received notification from my local courier ( because I have an account with them) I am very pleased with the product . The colour is rich with glitters and gives a cameleon chrome effect I can't wait to try this make-up on tomorrow. They are a honest reliable company. They have answered all my emails and I will be delighted to order again. 😀 And recommend 👌 to my friends and other make-up artists 🎨 ❤️

I absolutely love Focallure products! The prices are very affordable and the quality of the products are not compromised. I recently bought their Tokyo pallette and some lip products and I am inlove with it! The pallete is very pigmented. The lip tints doesn't last too long but the shades are wearable. And not to mention their packaging is really cute! Would definitely buy more in the future 😍
