Very helpful

Called in to ask for advice about binoculars. Staff were very helpful and well informed, and the shop and website have a great range of products to choose from. Highly recommended

Reliable and helpful company

I purchased an amateur telescope from the company. Their price was fair, the ordering process was easy and they were very helpful when I called them to enquire about the progress of the order. I would order again from them.

All around great service...

All around fantastic service from the lovely folks at Focalpoint, helping the school out with our faulty telescope, liasing with Celestron who were also fab, sorting out the problems and checking the unit over. Picking up the unit from the shop was great, with help and advice from Paul and some idea's for running clubs and teacher outreach programmes. Will absolutely recommend for anyone wanting optics.
