Total Scam. Been waiting on delivery for months, 50 emails later the email address is no longer available!

No stars.i never received my goods. Sent emails and got a reply. Be patient. It's in Logistics. Already sent. Check your neighbors

I ordered a Christmas tree on October 2nd still haven't received it. Emailed them a number of times they kept saying it was on its way .Very disappointed i asked for my money back they didn't answer.

SCAM! I ordered two carts for my children in September ready to be here for Christmas.

They never arrived. After emailing them they apologised and said they would resend it if I sent my full address. I replied with my full address to which they blocked my email!!!

Scam and I am reporting this!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. It's a scamming website. I have ordered suitcases in October but still not arrived. However on the tracking number provided, it showed "Delivered" to a different address but not mine. They kept telling me that they've arranged for a re-delivery within 7 working days and it's now 2 weeks and still no sign of re-delivery. BLOODY SCAMMERS

I got scammed ...... Ordered suitcases on September 29th. The first order was apparently delivered in British Columbia ... I live in Canada. They said they sent them again .... On Monday they were in Mississauga, Ontario and today, December 21, they were apparently in Edmonton, Albert ... right across the country
I don't know how that can use a shipping company with tracking numbers ??? I wonder if the tracking company really exists? All in One Tracking 17 Track.
I am fortunate because my credit card has credited me the money and is in the middle of investigating.

Exact same experience as many other reviews, ordered suitcase with them back in September, was provided a tracking number which shows parcel getting to post office sorting depot and then nothing after that. Emails were answered to begin with and now no reply. Total scam, Facebook should be ashamed for promoting scammers.

Ditto! Don’t need to add anything more. Apparently this company popped up in September, took a bunch of orders and ran with them. I wish there was a way we could let FB and all know they are promoting cheaters!!

I ordered cooking ware from this company on Oct 3rd 2022. Today is Dec 20th, despite repeated attempts to find my merchandise it has never arrived. Once they told me it had been delivered to some address in Indianapolis, I live in Arizona! In the last month they haven't even responded to my emails. This company is a rip-off that just steals money. Don't do business with them!

I ordered the electric car for my son for Christmas on 6th Oct 2022. First there was no tracking number. Then they sent it to me. It was stuck in customs for days. So I emailed customs and of course it wasn't my package. Somebody else's name, address and different contents. Emailed the company back for correct tracking number but no good. They just keep saying please be patient. They say now now that it's in customs waiting to be sorted with a bulk order. I'm so pissed off. I have asked for a refund but no joy. Stay well clear!!!!

I placed an order at the end of September, still waiting. I would give 0 stars if I could because after all the inquiries, I still get the same message. They're a scam & being reported by many

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I made a purchase back in October and have received nothing. Maybe we should all contact the Attorney General regarding this company.
Will never order online again. So disappointed. And angry.🤬

It is a scam. I never received the product or the money back. Stay away !!!

I have purchased an inflatable tent for £108. After 3 weeks I contacted them asking for a tracking number which they provided, but it was not my parcel. It was with a different name and address.

It is now 3 month since I paid for this item.

Don't buy anything from this fraudster. THIS IS SCAM. WHICH WAS ON TIKTUK.

Ordered in Oct, still haven't received anything. They state that the parcel has been delivered, which is a lie. Avoid from afar.

This post is just to warn others not to deal with this company. How they are able to get away with this is beyond me.
