Love these guys - great selection of Low Fodmap bits and always posted quite quickly. If I have any questions they always respond quickly too. Nice that they don't just stock Fody bits (which I find horrible besides the ketchup) so it's always nice to find different products that I can actually eat!

My son has multiple food allergies so we struggle to find biscuits he can eat that don't contain dairy, soya or wheat. When we found these cookies he was so excited! They are a big hit!

Love the products but.................... alway out of stock when I want to order. Plus I have ordered 3 times and out of 3 deliveries 2 arrived containing smashed and broken bottles. Although Fodmap Foods are quick to refund if they used stronger boxes and packed them a bit better maybe this problem would not arise.

Ordered on the 9th December item never arrived contacted you ,was told another item would arrive Thursday 19th waited in all that day and the Friday only to receive a message saying I have been refunded as at this busy time of year as items do get lost in the post .very disappointed as I made sure I ordered in advance of the Christmas post.Tis item finally arrived on the 23rd.

Arrive ok - no problems and yes fod map products are more expensive than the norm but I must admit they are good ( chicken and veg stock ) I do not have to fear being anti social or ill ,the products had a nice flavour and does the job these basic products are fantastic for the beginner as well as the more experienced.it is a pity I can only find veg, chicken or beef I would love a fish stock. Can happily recommend and I certainly will use again . Many thanks x

I have just started a very strict fodmap diet with a dietician and it scared me as I love lots of the foods I couldn’t eat! Finding this website so I could have gravy with my roast dinners was absolutely priceless and to top it all off it tasted amazing!! If I find that gravy is one on my IBS triggers i will definitely be ordering this from now on cause who can have a roast without gravy! Very quick delivery which is always an added bonus! No where else, that I'm aware of, does specialist FODMAP food. I've got IBS and follow a low FODMAP diet, I am amazed this hasn't caught on.
I deducted a star purely because I would like to see a larger selection and a few of the products are really overpriced.

Absolutely delighted to stumble upon this new company while trying to find Low Fodmap certified, tasty, quick solutions. I couldn’t believe my luck when I found them all in one place. Excellent customer service, speedy delivery (in partially recyclable packing materials)... Five stars all round!! Highly recommend.
