What a fantastic site to come across!
What a fantastic site to come across when you suffer from IBS and want to shop without the hassle of reading every ingredient on the food packet! The site is really clear and well organised so I could navigate it easily and find everything I was looking for. They provide detailed descriptions about the food items and even give suggestions on how to serve them for someone following the FODMAP diet - very helpful. The food I received was absolutely delicious - so far I have tried the Goan Green Curry, the balti spice mix and the gravy (yes gravy, I can finally have a proper roast dinner!!) I followed their advice about using the balti spice mix (spice is a trigger for me) and used less than what was suggested printed on the pack by the manufacturers and was completely fine! It is lovely to enjoy those flavours again! Finally, the goods were received carefully wrapped in bubble wrap so no breakage, and arrived promptly in the time scale given. I will definitely be using this site from now on for my FODMAP products - it's so nice to have convenient and tasty ready made jars of food I can trust to use opposed to having to cook from scratch every night! Thank you Fodmap Foods!
