Product worked fine for couple of days then stopped working, put it on charge pressed the button and it wouldn’t turn off

Friend also bought one and once he charged it never worked after.

* Update - the morning after I left my review fog pod called me to apologise for the fog pods leaking and offered either a full refund or to send out the fog pod gold as a replacement to try. As I said I loved the idea so I agreed to try the replacement in the hope that they were better. As promised they arrived the following day. I’ve waited a week before updating this review to fully test them and we have had no leaks! Really happy with these ones, the lady couldn’t have been more helpful and apologised that my message hadn’t been answered. So I’m now going to change my rating to what I feel these are due!

Genius idea, I love the idea! Unfortunately I bought one each for myself and my husband to carry in our pockets which being the size they are is what I presumed they were for. They are not fit for purpose for this though as they leak unless kept upright. I did let the company know but had no response. A very expensive mistake to make as they are now no use to us.

Great item everyone should have a fogpod love mine so easy to use better than hand sanitiser easier to carry
Also the doggy cologne sprays are amazing use on my dogs n there coats are amazing

I heard about FogPod through a friend and I was instantly impressed by the product. I am so happy with my recent order that on the day of arrival I have placed another order to get starter kits for the rest of the family and even trying some of the skin products. The website is easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. The product itself is great quality and I take it out everywhere. Super service and helpful staff. I purchased this handy little device before Christmas and was amazing for small office spaces, as in your own desk, keyboard, mouse and phone! Even for everyday use such as car keys, phones and even in your car, it was extremely versatile. The liquid solution seems to last for a long time which is a massive bonus, giving maximum coverage of the cleaning. I must also mention, my first Pod stopped working all of a sudden. I messaged the team on Instagram and there was absolutely no qualms in replacing the product and within in two day time frame! I am absolutely thrilled with the overall service and quality.

This piece of equipment is so effective and essential for a frequent gym user like myself. A lot of the time I forget to sanitise equipment! So for me this is essential when attending the gym, I never forgot to sanitise before and after use to keep myself and others safe! It’s just a click of button so no time wasted finding wipes around the gym is needed! Delivery was very prompt and the packaging was professional! Thanks again guys.

After purchasing my fogpod 2 months ago it been one of the best choices I've made. My skin is fairly sensitive and when it comes to using hand sanitiser it irritates my skin, but with this water-based solution, I no longer have to worry about this. I've even gifted a fogpod to my mum and she uses it more than me now! The customer service at fogpod is excellent and have answered any query I have had promptly and sufficiently.

Would recommend FogPod to anyone who wants to protect themselves from nasty germs and COVID-19

I can’t review the product yet because the item has not arrived but I can review the service. I was informed they couldn’t get it to me before Christmas but I could have a full refund or choose to wait for it. I have subsequently been contacted with an apology, given an exact date of arrival, a complimentary FogPod and additional sanitisation fluids. Given the delays everyone faces at Christmas, the response has been excellent.

Very flimsy, leaked liquid on first use, and plastic top connectors snapped within 48 hours

I can honestly say I've never had better service from a company. It's a horrific time for all with Christmas thrown into the mix.

Even with an issue (totally out of the companies control) my order arrived next day. I love it. I use it every day on my children. This is a must have product. Shop small. Support small

Pod arrived quickly and was nicely packaged. The pod was really easy to set up and simple to use. I love the fact that it is such a straightforward product without any unnecessary extras to complicate it. Also like the neat and compact design
