Customer service DOES exist
Firstly, the product is excellent and the price is very reasonable.
The aspect of my transaction that I truly commend fogpod for is their customer service. I ordered 2 fogpods and only received 1 so I sent them an e-mail to let them know. My e-mail was responded to swiftly and efficiently. I often feel that excellent customer service no longer exists but fogpod have restored my faith that it hasn't disappeared completely and that there is hope for its return. I have to drop a star for not receiving my complete order first time but I am a very satisfied customer.

Good idea but not quite there yet ...
I'm not sure if this a product review or a service review so I'll cover both. The service was absolutely fine. The product is good but there's a couple of niggles. It can't be laid down or it leaks the entire contents of the tank. Which I think is really silly as its a portable item. Also the on/off switch is a level click on/click off button which could be very easily pressed in a bag or pocket and defuse the entire contents of the tank in your bag/pocket. The tank isn't fixed on very securely and I expect could be easily knocked off. All these things make it incompatible with taking it out with you which is well the point of the product isn't it? I had high hopes for this time saver and I do like it its just not quite ready

Great little device
Great little device. Easy to use portable, only snag is would be good have a attachment for it to hang on instead of having to fish it out your pocket every time.

The product that you purchased was our £14.99 FogPod starter pack, which includes a FogPod mini and some starter fluid. This is our low cost and affordable item.
We do have a Gold edition FogPod available to purchase on our website, which is slightly more expensive, but suited to customers that don't want a plastic product. Perhaps that product would have been better suited for you.

Delivery issues but great product
Item took quite a while to arrive and the package tracking didn't work, however when the product did arrive I was very happy with the fog pod it works well and makes sanitising items far faster .

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Never received my order, which I paid extra on for speedy delivery. Was advised my shipping costs would be refunded and another machine sent out. Refund wasn't issued and still no sign of second machine either.
Finally had full refund issued upon request (although my message was not replied to). They obviously knew I'd get no machine.
Would not recommend in the slightest.

Great value and soft on skin
Great value and support easy to use. Proper grabs people's eye when I use it around the office and softer option on the skin over using other products which was a big game changer for me
