A speedy delivery combined with an excellent price demonstrated excellent customer service. The hot tap provides instant hot water compared to my ridiculously slow old system. We use it to make hot drinks, prepare frozen vegetables and cook fresh pasta. Overall, an excellent, useful product. Thanks to Fohen.

I have just purchased the Modena tap…
I have just purchased the Modena tap from fohen . Its a thing of beauty. Its our 2nd tap from them , the boiler packed in after 5yrs of constant use . I could of just purchased the tank but was ready for a new look .
Buying was so simple and the tap arrived 2 days later .
I would definitely recommend Fohen , great product and a helpful after sales team .

I ordered wrong replacement boiler for Hot tap , rang Fohen they were fantastic I required an adapter normal cost £20 which they sent me free of charge and it was delivered next day . Also gave great advice to set up adapter .

Please do not buy this product. My tap has never fully worked properly , they are quite good at sending a replacement but never a refund. The communication is slow and hard work. I’ve had to go buy a kettle as the unit again isn’t working, again. Now they want me to pay to return the unit or give them £50 deposit. I just want a refund and a tap that works. It looks lovey , and the idea is great , but useless if it doesn’t work. It’s a shame , but this is becoming tiresome all the emails back and forth.
Incorrect descriptions of products
I would not recommend this company at all. I ordered a tap that clearly stated on the description had a pull out spout. When it arrived it came with no instructions, when I emailed to ask how it worked I was simply told the tap I ordered didn’t have that function. After going back and forth with proof that they had advertised it incorrectly they will only allow me to return the tap if I pay the £30 postage. I wish I had read the customer service reviews before purchasing.
Spent £600 on one of Fohen's taps
Spent £600 on one of Fohen's taps, a year and a half later it's falling apart. The safety spring in the boiling tap has gone. The main tap lever keeps coming off despite tightening and gluing. It's just a bad quality tap that has no endurance. The only good thing about Fohen is the efficient customer care.
Awful customer service
You can see my original review below. It seems this is the only effective mechanism as I was sent a new boiler within 10 mins of the 1st review. As an update the new boiler worked for almost a day before making noises everything used and now discharging boiling hot water through the tap when safety is locked on. They said on Monday they would replace. Nothing has happened since. I have asked to return it all - and simply been ignored for 3 days.
Awful customer service. I originally contacted the almost as hopeless manufacturer and after 3 days of pointless discussions about pipes they agreed the boiler was broken. But then refused to resolve and instead said I had to contact Fohen directly. 3 days later no response. No solution and £900 I spent on 5-1 tap seem a complete waste of money. I am sure they will refund at some point but making me wait a week to confirm is very annoying. Oh and the heater overheated meaning we had a very warm kitchen and 50 degree chilled water

My first 3-in-1 booking water tap. Looks great and love the functionality but now need to replace after just three years’ use, which is obviously disappointing for a £600 tap.
The safety feature have way first, after around a year. This was quickly followed by the regular water lever, which came apart and has most recently began to leak. Overall, really disappointed with the build quality and longevity of this product.
Non existent service support.
We ordered some filters for hot water system, they came with a modified filter and kit, there is a problem with it, so I rang their so called helpline several times, no one answers it, left a message to call me, no one bothers to call me back. Pathetic service back up.
New filter system broke the boiler
After Fohen changed the water filter supplier my boiling water redundancy lock no longer worked, allowing boiling water to continue to pour out of the tap even after the tap turned to closed.
After a fairly useless back-and-forth from their support team, they have decided that my previous warranty is not valid and they will offer no further support.
I would not skimp in the future, and go to Qooker.

Do not touch with a barge pole.
Terrible product- hot tap faulty from day one.
I had to spend more on plumbers installing and fixing the tap, than the £749 original cost.
After giving up and just using it as a normal tap that now leaks and needs replacing.
Customer service unable to assist other than offering a discount on future purchases.
Given my experience I would not part with a penny on another Fohen product.
In short ,nothing good to say.
Ordered a 4-1 hot tap from fohen
Ordered a 4-1 hot tap from fohen. The tap has been leaking from installation. Have tried contacting their customer services 40-50 times via phone over a 3 week period and yet to have someone answer the phone. First email was sent on the 24th November and then had an email back from ismail requesting we send in videos of the drip. We did this and then had to wait 3 days for a reply to tell us they couldn’t open the files. We had to then send them again via another method that allows you to see when they have been sent and downloaded by fohen. We didn’t get a response back from this even though we could see they had downloaded the videos this time. I then rang 6/7 times again on the 3rd December (again no answer) saying if they’re not prepared to send a replacement out I will be sending the product back for a full refund. However a lady did ring me back a short while after. She said they didn’t have the videos to view so could we send them so she could deal with it. A couple days later they wanted a video of all the connected pipework to check installation was correct. We sent again showing pipework was correct which was then confirmed as being correct. (A couple days later again). Again we emailed and said it’s getting a bit silly with how long this is taken and if we’re not sent a replacement we will be sending the product back. The last email thread was the 8th December from Nicki asking if we can get our water pressure checked by a plumber. We replied promptly outlining our water pressure is fine and we’re not simply not paying a 3rd plumber to come out for this. She then emailed us back saying she’s sent all our pictures and videos to the manufacturer and will have an answer for us in ‘24 hours’. Its now the 16th December and we have yet to hear anything back. I’ve just tried ringing 6 times and again big surprise, no answer. I’ve never experienced customer service as bad as this company has provided us. Especially when we spent north of £400 on a product that is defective and no urgency in resolving the matter. It’s genuinely atrocious how bad they have dealt/dealing with this matter. Would certainly not recommend this company your money would be better spent elsewhere.

I bought a tap years ago.
They replaced a faulty part no questions asked back in the day.
Now I moved house, managed to lose the brackets for the tap.
Rather than tell me to buy a new one, I had the parts shipped straight away, and only charged me £15.
Great communication throughout, and great team!
Really recommended !!!

Avoid this tap after two years the wires inside the taps started leaking. We thought it might be the filter bought new filters and the leak continued phoned the company and they told us it was their boiler and because of one time buying the filter replaced by two months our warranty expired for the boiler and they would send us an email on how to stop the leak ourselves. Followed the email instructions, tap is still leaking from inside, today our plumber confirmed it and he could not get wires out to replace them. Again phoning doesn’t get you anywhere because their costumer service is to none existent.
Very pleased !
Have had the boiling water tap fitted and working for the last 6 months and I am very happy with the product. I really have no complaints about the tap or boiler itself but I found the inline water filter a little expensive and tricky to replace so Will from fit an alternative make when next needs replacing.

Awful, do not waste your money and buy a Fohen tap. They change the size/shape of the cartridges constantly and you're left with having to buy/chase new fixings! It's an absolute waste of time and money!
Update - I've now replaced the filter and now the boiler doesn't work!! No online guide to help you. Absolutely waste of time and money.
