Super products, and the best customer service

I have bought fishing equipment couple of years ago, maybe 5 or so. And the rodholder i have from Folbe is super quality. I bougjt a boat and wanted to upgrade my equipment a bit from Folbe. unfortunately I chose the wrong Carrier, a cheap one. So I reached out to Folbe asking if I could buy the more expensive Carrier with faster delivery. The answer from Folbe was:
No problem. It looks like I can choose to ship it with DHL International
and the cost will be close enough. No need to pay the difference. I will
be shipping either today or tomorrow.
That is what I call super customer service.
