Horrible experience and no one knows.

Horrible experience asked about drug and breathalyzer procedures - it’s written on email Nope I have to figure out where to go and all but 1 place is scheduled rest are walk in which is time consuming. Then the nurse asks about a field that needs information I called Foley Leslie did not know that s why I hired your company to do the drug stuff not me worrying about sitting for hours to get into a testing site and not right info given. Because once you walk in and check in you cannot leave it’s a refusal. Government is in your pockets big time!

I am a new "User" to Foley

I am a new "User" to Foley. Yesterday I had an experience that I had not encountered. One of our employees were getting a test done but was unable to receive it . I was on pins and needles. I had to reach out to our Rep. Karly Mulligan. I sent an email hoping I would get a quick response as our employee was waiting at the test site. It was such a quick response from Karly, it was like she knew I would be emailing her. Though not the case because she works with many clients but somehow she makes you feel like you are the only one that matters at the time. Excellent response time, helped me quickly through the process and also explained it so I would know the how, what and why which is very important to me. Foley should be very proud to have Karly she is a huge asset to the company.

I have to tell you Aubrey Rugani Is…

I have to tell you Aubrey Rugani Is been such a breath of fresh air! When I call her or Email here she always has the correct information the first time. Quick responses with a smile. Aubrey is a huge asset to Foley company and they should be very happy they have her.
