Extremely healthy plants and great customer service!
The plants have arrived in perfect condition, the roots and the foliage so so healthy! I had problem with 1 plant out of 16 and they have responded to my email almost instantly and the issue was resolved straight away. I'm really impressed and satisfied, definitely getting more plants from them again!

The order arrived nicely and very professionally but the quality of the plants I received was a bit lacking. Not sure if they suffered during transit or if I just received weak plants but they’ve arrived a bit in a bad shape. Not all only 4 out of 10.

We offer a 28-day guarantee and take full responsibility for the condition in which plants arrive, but we need to be informed of any issues first. Trustpilot is not our customer service channel, and we encourage direct contact so we can provide timely support.
Regarding your Adenium, this is a deciduous caudex plant that can shed leaves in response to stress or seasonal dormancy. We have reviewed the photo, and the plant does not show signs of cold damage. If affected, the caudex and stems would be soft or blackened, which is not the case here.
We have sent you further information about your plant’s dormancy cycle. If you need additional information, we’re happy to help.
We are also happy to offer a free return shipping label should you wish to send the plant back.

We had a little hiccup, they sent me the wrong plant, but it was not their fault, but the one from their supplier, and they did everything possible to fix it. Communication with the customer service was great. They are going above and beyond to make their customers happy. It is very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this shop.

My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent. The plant looks like in the pictures and arrived almost perfect condition. One tiny leaf was bend and I asked customer service about it. They were helpful and gave tips what to do. Definitely will buy from them again.

Honestly the best.
Honestly. We should not order plants in winter right? With my last plant provider things went horribly wrong and i was hesitant to buy online again.
But foliage factory convinced me completely. I ordered, it got shipped and arrived. One plant had a packaging damage and within 1 day, no within 4hours I have exchanged multiple mails with costumer service and I got a partial refund.
Awesome. My new favorite place to order plants.

I love the way they explain me by email that they will deliver when the temperature is not so cold and when they delivered it had a heating pad in it as well, just one request please when you deliver just try to pack the leaves well so they won't break in between.

An important update :
I greatly appreciate the efforts undertaken by the Foliage Factory Customer Service Team in order to find a solution to my problem of damaged plants. After one week of very kind exchanges par mail a satisfactory solution was indeed found. Foliage Factory has demonstrated by their acts that it is a company which really cares about the satisfaction of their clients. I must say that Foliage Factory stands out way beyond the average among the e-commerce companies of today in that respect. I encourage customers who happen to encounter any inconvenience with their purchase to contact the customer service before leaving an evaluation.

Beautiful Thaumatophyllum spruceanum with hick-ups
I ordered a Thaumatophyllum spruceanum as a gift for a birthday. Unfortunately the parcel-company messed up the first order, causing the plant to have severe frost and traumatic damage. Communication was good with foliage-factory, they did send a second plant immediately against my ask to delay the sending as I was not in the country. The second plant consequently arrived dead (2 weeks in cold temeperatures). The third plant arrived swiftly and does not show signs of damage. I will deduct a star for the second sending of the plant (against my communication) and because I could not gift the plant as a birthday present. The quality of the alive plant is very good and I am happy with it.
EDIT: Concerning the "gift" and the date please re-read the Mail I wrote to "Jagna" on the 09/12/2024 at 13:02 (#15137). Concerning the time I would unavailable I have revieved my mails and apologize as I didnt formulate that clearly. Still going to buy again from you guys.

Very happy and satisfied
I ordered a very sensitive plant and it arrived in a perfect state and condition. I first got an issue with the carrier, but not with foliage-factory itself: however, it was them who offered me a solution, not the carrier.
Package was perfect, soil wasn't dry nor wet, heat pack included, leaves with no damage. They were very fast sending the order, and also addressing the carrier's issue. Customer's service was on point in my experience.
I'm very happy. If you're hesitating on whether buying or not from them, I'd advice you to go on and trust!
