Beautiful plants and great service
I bought a norfolk pine tree. I live in Spain and it was shipped from The Netherlands. The shipment process was super smooth. The packaging was incredible, the plant arrived in perfect condition and super fast. Plus I got a Lil plant as a gift since they had a promo on the day I ordered.

My new favorite plant supplier
I recently ordered and received a plant set (Trailing Philos) to Ireland. The plants arrived in perfect shape, packaged really very well, along with a free Anthurium.
Absolutely delighted with the service and the product offering.
While the Foliage Factory website is a bit clunky and does not inspire confidence, be assured that the service, speed of delivery to Ireland and the quality of the plants in second to none.

Sloppy packaging of flowers. The order did not arrive complete. There is no word on when the remaining two flowers will be delivered. The flowers had wet soil. This is the worst delivery ever. not happy.

It was the fastest international delivery time: only 4 days to Romania, including the weekend!
The plants were very well packed, even the temperatures were positive, there was a heatpack in the package ( i really appreciate this and it was free!).
The plants arrived in perfect shape, no damage to the leaves.

Best online plant shopping experience I've ever had
This is definitely my all time favorite site to order plants online, i have ordered from them several times now and it has always been extremely pleasant! All the plants that I've got from them are healthy and high quality, the packaging is super secure and delivery is always speedy. I love that they offer a wide variety of rare plants that are difficult to find here in Ireland, as a plant enthusiast this site is a blessing ( because now i can have my wishlist plants) and a curse ( goodbye money)!! The price is extremely reasonable as well, you won't find prices and quality as good as this anywhere else! I also love that they have loyalty rewards and different offers every week, especially different free baby plants every week with a certain amount of spending! Their customer service is also brilliant, very friendly and helpful staff who is happy to accomodate to requests i have made. Overall this store is a hidden gem, I would give it 10 stars if i could!! If you are considering buying from them, I would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

I got my order 09.13
I got my order 09.13. The box was not secured with any tape. Anyone could open it while it was delivered. I ordered 4 plants and got them all, I washed and repoted my plants the same day and put them in “quarantine”: philodendron florida ghost kinda poor condition, but I think it will survive. Today I found thrips on my new begonia and mealybugs on my alocasia dragon breath hidding in stem were new leaf is growing. I did not took pictures, my bad. Very sad, because its hard to get those plants in my country and I dont want to send them back, I will try to save them. Also I thought I wont write the review about the not secured box and poor condition philo, but now the pests… sad, I see kinda good reviews but I dont think I order from here again.

Unfortunately, we're unable to locate your order based on this review alone, but we genuinely want to make things right. All of our plants are thoroughly inspected for pests before shipment. However, as mentioned on our website, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of pests hiding between the cataphylls, etc, and we recommend quarantining new plants as outlined in our after-purchase guide. Our plants grow in greenhouses, not sterile environments, so while we do our best, eliminating pests entirely is not always possible.
Regarding packaging, our boxes are designed to keep your plants secure, and we take full responsibility for their condition upon arrival. If there are any concerns, we’re always ready to help, but we need to be informed in order to take action.
