One of my favorite Ian Flemming's 007 collection, great design

Again, the quality of the Ian Fleming offerings are great. The thing I like about these stories is the way they differ from the films and "You Only Live Twice" is no exception. Of course, you have the standard characters in the novel, "M", Tiger Tanaka, Mary Goodnight and the indomitable Miss Moneypenny, but then the story shifts from space ships being intercepted in space to start a world war to poisonous plants on an island run by none other than "You Know Who"! I haven't completed the novel as of yet, but am well on the way. Can't wait to reach the end. And again the illustrations are very high grade and add significantly to the overall work.

I have not received the book
Arrived damaged. Was this a previous customer's return? Packaging (bag and sellotape rather than usual shrinkwrap) suggests so. Folio Society insisted customer pays return postage in two calls. In third call FS promised to send pre-paid returns label. No label received after a month.

This book was a gift for my son who is a keen bond fan, and this order completed his collection to date, buying these books has also encouraged him to actually read a real book. The books themselves are really well made and a nice thing to look at, pricey but you get what you pay for and they are an ideal gift as part of a collection.
