Good selection to choose from. Good delivery and the book very safely wrapped. Very helpful if advice/help needed.

I needed the book in a hurry in order to be in time for a birthday present so I paid extra for express delivery. Even though I live in Ireland and deliveries from the UK can be hit and miss post-Brexit, the book arrived in a couple of days, in good time for the birthday.

I have been a subscriber to Folio for many years. I find their books of value and very well done. I have never had a problem with an order, nor their products. Their books have been as described and even better than described.

I have purchased books from the Folio Society for over two decades and the service has always been first rate. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery was prompt.

Every book I've purchased from Folio Society has been in excellent condition and is a magnificently bound piece of art. They also package the books very well. One package was beat to hell and was likely soaking in water thanks to the delivery service (not Folio Society's fault), but the books are made well enough and packaged carefully, so the books were in pristine condition.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I paid an extra $38 for express 3-day shipping because I needed the book for the weekend. Not only did the package fail to arrive within the promised timeframe, but I also received no meaningful resolution.

When customers pay a premium for expedited shipping, they expect the seller to honor that commitment. In this case, the service I paid for was not delivered. Since the book did not arrive when needed, the purchase became useless for its intended purpose.

I have requested that the order be canceled and refunded, including the shipping charge. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller if timely delivery is important to you.

The quality of the packing was really excellent allowing my books to arrive in pristine condition. My order was also processed and shipped out the next business day.

Absolutely love the Dune collection. Beautifully illustrated, a gorgeous addition to my collection.

If you take pleasure in reading beautifully produced editions of your favourite authors then this is the "go to site".
The books are beautifully bound and printed with excellent illustrations. Delivery
is on time and books are well protected in transit.

Archive quality "real" books, in my favorite genre, Science Fiction. Worth the price.
Yes, there is not a title I have that I don't have in Kindle, I'm not looking for the stories.
I am a collector of antiques. Now, these are NOT antiques, but they WILL be.
I can put a Folio book on the shelf, and when I take it down 75 years from now, it will still be in the same, perfect, condition as when I first put it on my bookshelf.
The thing is, quality of the physical product is something print media companies have simply ignored. Newspapers, comics, paperback books are designed to be read once and thrown away. This is also true of hardbound "real books".
The books I have collected are classics. That includes collectable books of famous comics, DC Comics (Superman, Batman); Zenith Publishing (Incredible Hulk), Non-Pareil (Spiderman, Fantastic Four), Marvel (DareDevil, Captain America).
If you should find an original, it will probably be falling into pieces.
With Folio I have acid-free, archival quality comic books that will last decades without deteriorating at all.

Order a b-day present, paid for express delivery on a monday (bank holiday). However this was not processed by dpd until the next day as they were closed, which i was not warned about then delivery got further delayed by another 2 days. All folio did was refund me £2, the difference between standard and express shipping. Despite completely missing my required deadline. Didn't even offer to refund the standard shipping. Poor experience for such an expensive service and product.

I recently bought a copy of Jaws a very impressively illustrated book.
Unfortunately my first three copies all had small faults or damage.
I would say that this has never happened to me before in 15 years of buying Folio Society books.
A big thank you to all the staff for how they patiently dealt with my issues and resolved them with a perfect good copy which they checked before posting next day delivery.
So a recommended company to buy from, sometimes things go wrong but it is how you put it right that counts for a lot.

Their books are extraordinarily lovely. I give them as presents often.
There was a problem with the expedited shipping and their customer service was excellent, offering a full refund on the shipping costs.

When the shipper damaged the book I ordered I contacted The Folio Society to explain what happened. This was going to be graduation gift for my granddaughter. They immediately shipped me a replacement book which arrived in perfect condition.
I really appreciated the help and prompt service I got from The Folio Society. Highly recommend this company for their quality books and their excellent customer service. Don't know which company was used to actually deliver the book but they did a terrible job. The book was soaked and could not be used as a graduation present. Can't say enough good things about The Folio Society.
