Very pleasant and low cost helpful service. Did a good job in getting my device up and running quickly. Further questions and help was also given in a very nice friendly manner. I have been using them for 6 years and would highly recommend new customers to use the great team working there and their expertise.

Bit hard to find them in the building but very friendly and professional when I did. New screen is great. Too early to tell about new battery but I hope it will be the same.

An accident happened in my work desk . As a result my DELL laptop screen was cracked. Also the hinge of the lid was out of place. With my daughter's recommendation I went to 'fone doctor'. The person whom I spoke ( i think he is called Zahid) to was really helpful and polite. He explained what was the damage and what can be done as repair. Next day he rang me and confirmed the repair and the cost. He completed the job within five days and phoned me to inform that. We fixed a date and time and my daughter collected my laptop on her way back from work. I'm highly impressed and would recommend 'fone doctor' to any one.

Amazing guys they took the time to explain everything they was doing and my phone had a new screen new casing and a new battery and I had it back in 45 minutes so great

So helpful. Faisal took a battered and bruised iPhone 8 and brought it back to life, the equivalent of pumping it full of Botox to keep it going for another year. Great service. Definitely recommend to anyone else.

They are actually really good. I went to a few shops before deciding on them, most of the others seemed a bit shady. fone doctors were friendly, professional and reassuring. I can't speak to value for money as I've nothing to compare them with, but I felt like I got a good service at a fair price. I'd definitely use them again, although I hope I don't smash my phone again and therefore need to visit them again!

I bought a secondhand Iphone x , when it started ghost tracking Faisal replaced it with another phone, All done in the usual pleasant and efficient manner.
