Authentic and Absolutely Delicious!
I recently ordered a panettone along with a selection of traditional Sicilian sweets, and I was truly impressed. The panettone was soft, fragrant, and rich in flavor—exactly how it should be. The Sicilian treats were beautifully made, with delicate textures and the perfect level of sweetness. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, as if just brought from a local pasticceria in Italy. A wonderful experience overall—I’ll definitely be ordering again!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I wish I had read these reviews first. I placed an order last month. I attempted to be patient since they claim they ship from Italy. That’s a complete lie. (The tracking number that they eventually provided says New Jersey folks!) They generated a Fed ex label on the 30th. This month I emailed them and they first claim that they need my address. (Red flag #1)
Seriously? It’s on the order and label. Today I decided to try WhatsApp. Oh boy! I’m then told that my package was tampered with during shipment. How if it never even shipped????
After demanding my refund and informing them that I’ll be contacting my bank if the shipment does not go out today, I’m then told that they never had any of the items in stock lol!!! All of this was typed by the same rude person. I then ask why they have items shown and allow you to buy if they are not available. They then claim that everything shown is available and they have been in business for years. Is this what you want to subject yourself to? Lots of lying and time wasting for no reason. The good reviews are fake AF! Notice how they are all formatted.

I ordered from Food In Sicily on the 6th of March 2025. The order arrived in London on the 2nd of April 2025.
It was well packaged and a few bottles of alcohol arrived safely.
I had also ordered a few pieces of lardo, but instead I was sent guanciale. The problem there is you can eat lardo raw, but you have to cook guanciale. It scuppered my plans, and I can't really return it.

My order from End of January was never delivered. I finally received my money back over 4 weeks after ordering & making payment.

Once you pay , you receive no update from them .
I finally called and was told my items have been shipped. I called again a week later ( I ordered via UPS express ), this time they said it was shipped 3 days ago - however they couldn’t provide a tracking number.
Then I finally got a screenshot of a UPS Label ( normal , not express - issued on the day I called ) but my items were never handed over to UPS . I opened a case with Klarna and have received my money back.

After I posted a negative review online about the same time I opened the case with Klarna , the shop contacted me and asked me to delete my review and that they would provide me refund or deliver my order. They even offered a discount.
I was fed up with them and their false communication, so I demanded my refund - just as I had already done via Klarna.

They kept contacting me to have me delete my review.

I altered my review to acknowledge that fact that in the end I did receive my money back.
However I would still not like to order with them again. I was luckily insured via Klarna - so I I would have gotten my money back either way .

It was just a lot of writing and work on my side to handle this. I really wasted my time here when all I wanted was Italian Salami via express. I will not order with them and will try to buy directly from the factory now . They have a online shop as well.

I cancelled the order and money was returned.

SCAM. The website has no stock for the products advertised. Hence the cheaper prices. You will never receive your order.
Once you pay , you receive no update from them . You need to chase with the owner Filipe, who is absolutely useless.
They make false claims over shipment but no tracking number .

Scam!!! Order was never sent and contact with the owner ‘Filippo’ is awfull!

Unpleasant Buying Experience!
Ordered something 6 weeks ago - and haven‘t received the order yet.
The Tracking Code which was sent to me by them didn‘t work because they didn‘t send anything - they only told me every week that in the following week I will receive my order.

Tried to get my money back but they didn’t answer my requests properly.
But this week I got my money back and now the Tracking Code is moving. I don‘t get it.
They should only have been honest to me in the First Place if there were any issues about my delivery.

Complete scam - this website sells products they dont have in stock, sells the wrong product (you buy something and they ship something unrelated to your purchase).

I fell for this twice. It's really disappointing, save your nerves and buy from another shop.

Complete scam and waste of money!

I have placed my pre-order on the 11th of March that was supposed to be delivered on the 30th of April, before orthodox Easter.

However, two weeks before the expected delivery date, on the 11th of April, I asked if the parcel has been shipped from Italy to Romania and I was told that it will be shipped next week.

Yet again, I asked on the 18th of April for a tracking number and I was told that the parcel suffered damages and I will be unable to receive the parcel, therefore I was offered either store credits or a refund, so I requested a refund.

Since then, I didn’t receive the money and when I am requesting an update on the refund I am getting a message that they will check and never get back to me, and always presenting as somebody else such as Filipo or Alessandra…

I placed my order on April 27.
I never received it but I contacted them, they apologised and finally refunded.
I must say they were very polite.
