Food Lion store 192 in Elizabeth City

Food Lion store 192 in Elizabeth City, NC is filth. The employees are nice, but the shoppers are disgusting. They wreak of weed, stink, rotten period odor, and lack of bathing.

I've also witnessed the SM bullying employees on multiple occasions.

I hate the new food lion app

I hate the new food lion app. The old app was much better. This new app is to confusing, there is random stuff everywhere on the app. No cohesiveness at all. You can not check your last purchase. It only tells u what u bought. It no longer gives you the day you bought it what your savings were on that specific purchase. The app also does not update. Made a purchase 3 days ago and it still does not show on the app. Also the app shows I earned 2 dollars but it us not under my rewards. I will now being going to Kroger so I can use my savings and Kroger app in peace

Only 1 star because I cannot choose 0. App won't work. Zero help from customer service. The app SHOULD work no matter if you have an iPhone or Android!!
I shop for 10 families in my neighborhood.

food lion just lost ALL our business!!!

I will happily drive an extra few miles to avoid food lion's offense. Come join me in boycotting food lion

In MARCH I was told the problem would be fixed within a matter of days and to check back in a week. I gave it 4 MONTHS and they STILL don't have their stuff together...

The website and the app are trash

The website and the app are trash! The website is not user-friendly at all. Full of bugs. No way to fix errors. I LOVE Food Lion (the store) but the app and website are terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

at food lion no.1349, there are two young women who really care about their customers and go the extra mile tomake sure that we are happy by making sure i find what i camefor and showing me exactly where the item is and if the sale price was wrong they make sure it gets corrected and they are both very patient and kind with outgoing personalities! please give them credit because they are the reason i come to fhis food lion. Their names are Leah and Johanna.

I wanted to know what CEO was smoking…

I wanted to know what CEO was smoking crack and decided to order all new shopping carts that are so huge you can barely get one down an aisle!!!!! Its like getting a work out you don't want when you go shopping there!!!!I think ill spend a little more and shop at Publix!!!!!! Lower the prices, don't order new carts the shoppers hate!!!!!!!!

sadly if you order gift cards online…

sadly if you order gift cards online they lie to you about how they ship them. You'd think they would ship them first class usps mail which they say on the website, but they actually just ship them usps ground service which takes longer. After 8 days and no gift card i contacted them to find this out after the fact. Liers.

I ride public transportation bus.it…

I ride public transportation bus.it drops poeple off and picks them up from shopping.im disabled PTSD.i have been coming to this store for 6 months.i have my spot on the side walk.too wait.im approached by 3 employees.why am I loitering and we think you are drinking alcoholic drinks.i was drinking a Dr.pepper.they call the law on me.i did not break any laws .I can prove to them I'm a good customer.my purchases.i was confronted and acused of bogus things.i leave.i call the manager hours later can we work this out.no we don't want your disabled ass in our store.again.i said okay that's fine.i take mental medication s for PTSD.i was startled.by these 3 employees.why are food lion employees confronting customers on the side walk.im not mad.im heartbroken that in these days and times we are discriminating and violating people s rights.foodloin on Greensboro rd.martinsville.va.24112

Don’t use food lion to go!

Unless you want rotten produce and food lion brand products! They purposefully give you rotten produce when you order groceries to go. To get rid of the stuff I assume. And they always substitute food lion brand products (which I despise) even when you specify not to. I hate food lion in Leonardtown MD and can’t wait until the shoppers opens up!

I am sick of their little marketing…

I am sick of their little marketing seems! It should not be called"Bogo Sale". It should be called "Bogus Sale". The shelf price for four bagels was a $1.99
And attached to that was the Bogus sale price, buy one get one free. When checked out they the $1.99 was the sale price.
This was not the first time I had this experience. They are just another wealthy company nickel and dimeing there customers showing themselves as compassionate food giving company giving to the people who need food on OUR money an takening credit for their good will. Sick of this company after 8 years of shopping there. Going elsewhere. Another Greedy Co.

Food Lion stole from me

Food Lion stole from me! They charged me full price for three items I did not order. When I returned the items they gave me half the money as they said I bought them on sale. I showed them my receipt which reflected the full price and they said it would be adjusted before my card was charged which was a lie. When I asked the store and the corporate HQ to resolve, they sent me a phony receipt snip-it and told me to dispute the credit card charge. I sent them my documentation and they have not acknowledged it.

Bad food

My dog was hospitalized after eating Open Country dry dog food. The manufacturer( Sunshine Mills)won't listen to my story of my dogs suffering because the Food Lion sold me a bag that was 9 months expired, so neither the manufacturer nor the retailer will help with a $3000.00 bill!

The Food Lion on 1200 N Fayetteville

The Food Lion on 1200 N Fayetteville, Asheboro was very unprofessional. The cashiers were rude and didn't speak whenever checking me out. The young man in charge of the cashiers (standing at the end of the registers) was flirting with the cashier on company time. But, I guess that's what happens when you hire a bunch of "young adults". Would I ever come back to this store? More than likely no. The store had what I needed. Which is very nice, but I just wish the cashiers were more professional about they're doing. No wonder this store has a 1 star.

Bought chicken at the store in Chapin…

Bought chicken at the store in Chapin 3/11/2023. Went to marinate it tonight, 3/12/2023, and it was rotten. Took it back to the store. Although they refunded my money, this is a very dangerous situation. Food poisoning at best, and I’m a nurse, so was really disgusted. Not a returning customer after 7 years.
