I absolutely love foodlion! In my opinion this is one of the best grocery stores! Produce is always fresh and crisp and prices are hard to beat! I also love the MVP option this allows you to save extra money as well. MVP customers also can recieve coupons in the mail which allows you to get even better savings and sometimes some FREE items! I have saved $470 with my year to date savings being a MVP customer! It honestly does not get no better than this! Thank you foodlion for putting fresh, delicious and budget friendly food on the table for my family!

If this location continues to treat every customer like a thief no one will want to shop here, I had a young lady circle me like I was a dead carcass and she was a vulture while I was at self-checkout, I am not exaggerating she walked around me at least 10 times, I confronted her about this behavior and she said She had to do this! Raleigh Leesville location by the way

Had to check myself out. One cashier at the evening rush is not sufficient. If I wanted this kind of service, I would’ve gone to Walmart. At least their prices are better.

I never got my MVP points off which is for things on sale which equal to over $38 I've made over 15 phone calls to these people have not heard back be careful using them

So I went this morning to get a money order . I pulled out my purse and I dropped 20$ They tell me they can’t do money orders on Sunday ok ., fine I left . When I notice I drop the 20 I go back and asked if any one turned in some money the cashier said idk let me ask . So she knocked on the office door . They open the the door and she asked did anyone return some money . They asked her how much she said 20 one girl said yes and that she gave it to a man said it was his . I’m standing there listening to the whole conversation and the man holding the door says just tell her no …. Makes me wonder if they keep them smh . People in the food lion from Blacksburg Virginia are thieves and resist

Can’t believe Food Lion would stoop so low to badger every customer for more money every time as HIGH as groceries are!!!!!!

Recently had an issue with my Food Lion to go order. Long story short, my final price was about 18 dollars more than what it should have been. Total that came out of my account was about 176, receipt that Food Lion sent me when I made them aware, plus the 6 in taxes & just under 2 for a PICK UP fee, the total is about 157. Taking business somewhere else! This could have been avoided, but no one wanted to take responsibility, just handed off to instacart & back to FL, then instacart again. Shame to think of the amount of money FL makes on a daily basis and they can't even bother to get this resolved. I'm sure 18 dollars is nothing in comparison to what they generate every day. I hate that I have to now go to Aldi and probably another store to find everything on my list since aldi doesn't always have everything. Walmart maybe? Never experienced Walmart for a full grocery trip, but I guess I'll find out!

Foid lion has mislababled frozen vegetables. They put chopped broccoli in place of chopped spinach. Their new packaging is generic enough that if you dont pay attention you buy the wrong veggie.

Food lion online ordering is the worst. My very last time doing online orders with them.

I love my local food lion store. I went on the other day and found many of things the a was shopping for, only to realize they had been put in little locked plastic boxes. I asked about this and they told me it was for theft deterrent. I got 35% of what I wanted because my cart filled up with little plastic boxes. Apparently food lion would rather inconvenience its patrons in instead of holding people accountable for stealing. I got the other 70% of my shopping at another grocery store who doesn't have plastic boxes. I won't shop here anymore till the boxes are gone

Food Lion's new online ad is the worst I have seen! the ad itself is only a small part of the screen, they put a picture of a pear that takes up half the page, making the ad unreadable without zooming in 300%. They put large scissor icons over top the items needing additional steps AND YOU CAN'T SEE THE ITEMS! I cant believe there are business people that have designed and approved this.

Rotissierre chicken undercooked. It,s bad enough the birds are smaller with higher prices, now they are not even thoroughly cooked! Never again

I purchased two watermelons at the store on Ramada Road while I was in Burlington the other day. The watermelons were bad. I called that store and was told by the manager that I should be able to get credit at the store in Graham where I usually shop with a valid receipt--I also had pictures.

When I went to that store the lady in charge told me that I would have to return them to the other store.

No parking in Graham, not convenient to return to Ramada store--poor customer treatment!

Cannot get any service. Front doors been busted for 2 months. The other door they keep shut because of security reasons. Most management in store has attitude. Customer service deli department. My last time going there. I'd rather spend more money and get better service.

Be advised, there are no bargains in the produce section at food lion. If there's a sale price on any produce item, DON'T buy it.

The store is nice clean and well stocked. The workers at the Pikeville, N.C. store are very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Food Lion hates its customers and its employees. They play the same 20 songs every day, sometimes 3 times a day for YEARS. Save yourself, shop somewhere else.

While shopping at food Lion in Ocean Pines MD tonight at 8pm here is what I experienced.

A cleaning crew with very large mops and a man driving a large loud floor cleaner racing around much to fast. The store was very crowded for a Saturday night but it’s summertime in a resort.

I believe Food Lion should re-think
Cleaning & dry mopping floors at 8pm in the evening. The man then would be using polisher but before that began I had left the store.

This is an accident waiting to happen and I don’t appreciate these cleaners especially the one driving the huge cleaning machine that appeared to be almost out of control.

This can’t be kosher with OSHA.

Have used the To Go service for several moths, orders are shorted or wrong, substituted items off key from requested. As of late, last 2 orders the have charged me with an 8 cent delivery fee even tho I'm picking up that nobody can explain. An hour after my phone question as to the charge Food Lion initiated a charge to my bank acct for 4.59 that actually was a credit with no Explanation. Food Lion blames instacart. Instacart blames Food Lion. Wait, what. Do not trust Food Lion. You cannot remove your payment method on their website as they or instacart can access at will.

These ingredients should not be in the Food Lion low fat granola cane sugar salt rice syrup these ingredients should not be in it because those we have more inflamed colitis
