Absolutely scammed by this food delivery driver and company customer services. They have zero customer service. The delivery driver marks as delivered but instead enjoys a free meal on our account. Customer care are zero service. No manager on hand to resolve. The driver says that I didn’t give write instructions but if that was the case why did he not just return the food to restaurant, instead enjoys free dinner

Watch out - Scam
Watch out, if an item of your order is missing and you file a complaint, they refuse to refund you and dont even provide a reason. I am going through this issue and saw on Google maps a lot of customers that struggle with the same issue. Terrible customer service and haven’t seen that with Foodora anywhere else yet.
Absolutely useless customer service
They repeat the same thing over and over again, as if they didn't read what was written at all. I was under the impression that I was chatting with artificial intelligence, although the employee assured me that I was not 😂
I had a problem with a debit card that I couldn't remove from the app or set as the primary payment. I figured out that the best way to fix all the issues with the app is to delete your account and open a new one... and it worked!
Btw, the only way to contact customer service directly is to use one of your previous orders.

I placed an order through Foodora and paid over 750 NOK, but two main items and soy sauce were missing. On top of that, I found a hair in the food I did receive. I contacted both the restaurant and Foodora right away, but received no real assistance.
Customer support responded with copy-paste answers and claimed I had already received the “best possible resolution” – despite the fact that I paid full price for an incomplete and unhygienic order.
This is completely unacceptable. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect Foodora to take responsibility. I’m writing this review to warn others: you may end up paying a lot and getting little in return – and no refund

Got scammed! PAY ATTENTION
I placed an order for 13,000 HUF, and when it arrived, I received only a few items—nowhere near what I paid for. I immediately contacted support, and Sue told me they can’t redeliver the missing items, only offer a refund that takes 8 days to process.
To make things worse, she miscalculated the refund amount, rushed to confirm it, and refused to correct her mistake. This is literally stealing—they take your money, fail to deliver, and then make you wait over a week to get it back!
If you don’t want your money disappearing into thin air, avoid Foodora and just go buy from market direcly or any other reliable option. This service is a scam.

Very bad and horrible service! They through our food on the ground outside the building! Lying about the fact that they called us which was a lie and I tried to provide the customer services with proof of my phone log but they were the worst! Very unprofessional and they closed the chat without giving me the chance to provide them with proof!
No Food, No Refund, Just Excuses
I had the worst experience with Foodora. I ordered food and mistakenly selected "pickup" instead of "delivery." When I realized this, I immediately contacted Foodora support to change it. They told me they needed to confirm with the shop owner, but apparently, the owner didn’t pick up their calls. I waited for a resolution, but eventually, Foodora said it was "too late" to change the order.
I decided to call the owner myself, and he picked up on the first try. He agreed to call Foodora, but when I checked back, he said I should sort it out with Foodora directly. After all this back-and-forth, Foodora support told me it was too late to change the order and that I should pick it up instead. I explained that the restaurant was too far for a pickup—
But when my girlfriend went to the restaurant to pick it up anyway, they told her the food was canceled. No food, no refund. When I contacted Foodora again, they said, "That’s how the system works."
This experience left me completely disappointed. No accountability, no customer service, and no resolution. I’m out both my money and my meal. Absolutely unacceptable.

Criminal riders with no repercussions
They employ criminal riders who insult customers, yelling at them in foreign languages and impersonate their support on the phone. Adbdallah was the name of this rider, who with his friend made certain no customer with their safety in mind would ever use Foodora.no again.
And the customer service... Much of it is AI based, without being tagged as such. There is a reason "Question Comprehension" is one of the main complaint boxes one can tick after each customer service interaction.
Despite describing and proving every last detail of this incident to different customer service representatives, it is unclear whether any of them understood anything and whether anything will be done about. And the missing meal wasn't even refunded completely???? Like do I seriously have to pay to be yelled at in Arabic and to not have a meal?

Terrible experience with Foodora.
I had to most horrendous experience with Foodora. After eagerly placing an order, I waited for a whopping two hours, only to receive a measly voucher as compensation. But wait, it gets worse! They later told us we will get our food at 14:38 but they branzly canceled my order, leaving me high and dry. The sheer lack of communication and disregard for customers satisfaction is utterly appaling. Steer clear of Foodora if you value your time and sanity.

From being 2 mins away, the order was suddenly marked as delivered but the food is nowhere to be found. Customer support was equally useless. They dont make much effort other than to offer a refund and they dont seem to understand the frustration of looking forward to eating a particular food and that possibility being taken away in a matter of minutes. This is the second time that foodora failed me in a span of 2 weeks. Im not gonna use foodora again.
Incompleted delivery and fraud
The delivered order was incomplete. A complaint was filed and a refund was promised. A certain amount of time passes, no funds, no contact.. Another, third attempt to contact us via chat in their application, further assurances that they have sent it and that we have to wait another few days. I ask for a refund - I don't get it. I ask contact the project manager - I don't get it. I am asking for written confirmation that they have ordered a refund - they also said no. Fraud.
