This site sucks. they just replaced hungry.dk in denmark. and all the places that used to have free delivery now costs 39 kr.
And you loose the filter function, if you click on any of the banner options. thats bad.
Dont think im ever going to use them, unless delivery prices gets waaay cheaper.

1 hour and 50 mim it took to get a cold meal . It was over 1hour and 01 min late. So the food has been ready for over an hour. Not the first time.

I don't really know how difficult it is to deliver a pizza in a car in a good condition because I have never worked as a delivery driver, but for God's sake there ain't no way that delivering a pizza sideways is logical for anyone. How can this happen? Like seriously half of my pizza was full of grease because it was delivered sideways, and my sauce got dropped opened and destroyed twice, just wow.

This is the worst food delivery service app. They stole 300 kroner fr me and my food never arrived. Their customer service is atrocious and I would absolutely not Catt them CUSTOMER service. Disgusting company stealing from people that have saved up to have a better dinner and stealing money from kids that were excited to receive their dinner

The app doesnt work, the times and locations are always wrong, they don't deliver your food and cancel your order without telling you, and on top of that, they keep your money. No refund. But on the email they sent you, they make you believe that you will get a refund, so you go ahead and order again. Deceiving. Dishonest. Terrible service and terrible customer service.

abused that tourists are being ripped off by this rotten site which does not accept the fact that we got the wrong order since we did not understand the language even with the good will of having translated the site. we were going with a safe bet like mcdonalds so as not to have any surprises, unfortunately it's pitiful of you.

Foodora Oslo. Typed in phone number for delivery person since the food was a gift. Could they call that number? No they cannot. They called me and became angry because they had to wait while I dialed the number that I had entered into the ‘message for delivery person’ field. Why have a field that says ‘message for delivery person’ when the delivery person can’t/won’t read it?

Ordered to the wrong address, yes,my fault. I found out and called the restaurant after 3 minutes. They could not help, but used long time to say so. After i contacted foodora, needed to wait for them to answer. They would not help. Use other companies than foodora, there is better out there

According to Customer service I am to blame for the lack of delivery as it was too difficult to knock on my door or leave the order at my front steps as I had specifically requested.
