Worst support experience
My order was delayed by 1 hour 30 mins, I messaged their support, they said its on the way 3 mins away, repeated this process three times, the rep said the same thing after 2 hours, I told him its not even been prepared by Pandamart I can see it, he started showing attitude just wow man, worst experience ever, got it cancelled, last time this happened I cancelled subscription now cancelling my account with them.

Is Foodpanda taking us for a ride?
There are very frequent delays in delivery plus the fact that at times riders have multiple deliveries. In addition to causing delays this also results in food getting cold by the time delivery is made.
They first added a Platform Fee of Rs4 and now they have doubled it. There is no justification for this fee. They have a margin in what they charge for delivery plus they charge the merchant a very hefty %age. In some cases I have seen 20%+ on listed prices or if you pick up food yourself.
There is also a big question mark on the VAT they are charging the customers. In the absence of a GST invoice there is no way to verify if the amount is actually being deposited in the government's account.

Worst customer service ever. Don't give refunds on damaged items or missing items. Had problems with them with few deliveries and now stopped using them. Beware of them. If you get wrong or damaged or leaked or no show. They will keep your money.

Foodpanda is fraud
Foodpanda is fraud. They don't delivered items if u pay online. And then they don't bother to resolve the issue and don't refund.. 11000 Rs was my total bill. And they are showing cheapness on 1200 Rs amount of missing item.

Very VERY bad experience with foodpanda customer service, they don't care for anyone high or low paying, i spent about 15k 8n advance on single order waited 5 to 6 hours asking support for info they kept saying 15mins 20 mins and so on and at the last when i asked for refund they sent it on panda app F'ING PANDA APP wth am i suppose to do with it if you cant even deliver my requirements, and getting it in my account will take 5 to 7 days but it took them 5 seconds to charge my account.
When asked for some senior management they just ignored, my monthly spending was around 50 to 60k i would happily give it to someone who cared for at least doing what i want and is not interested of ripping me off then won't bother to care how big of an impact it is.

And what more fun is once I went to complain to the help center the agent ended the chat without resolving the issue.

Pathetic delivery timings and customer service. My order was placed at 9:16am, at the time I was told the delivery time to be 20-25 mins. I didn't receive it till 10:30 am, after which I had no other choice than to cancel it. I have delete this App for good.

I contact the help center. My issue was that I was not receiving OTP code on my number for a very long time. The agent (Sumaira) helped me out in a matter of minutes.
