Roaches in wonderbread. I’ve shopped in the Ralph Ave. store since they opened. Never had a problem until a few days ago. Purchased a Wonder bread, my wife looked at it 2 days later and before she opened it saw 2 roaches. I took a picture a through the bread away. Didn’t want roches in my house. Complained to the store manager even though he came over eating a bowl of food. He rudely asked if I had the receipt and I didn’t save it. I explain to him I shop here all the time and I have never complained about any store issue. This was a wonderbread that cost a few dollars, and you lost a very good customer that spends a few hundred dollars a week.

Very expensive. The manager Clive is extremely rude to employees, and unprofessional. The dairy and non dairy inventory is always either spoiled or open . Prices are always wrong when time to check up and the process of fixing it is slow and timely because of only one supervisor being out at a time with a “override” .

I've been a regular customer for quite a while now, and initially believed Foodway Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, NY to be my go to super market permanently. Unfortunately, after spending at least $300-$400 on a monthly basis, I'm going to have to find an alternative place to spend my money! It has become very obvious, for some reason I can't explain, that a very sketchy looking man has been following me throughout the store each time I shop there! I'm an older woman, dressed decently and conservatively, and have no intentions of stealing anything. Not sure why I've been singled out, but they will no longer have to worry about getting my hard earned dollars. As a matter of fact, I'm going to encourage friends and family not to shop there any longer as well. Very disconcerting and insulting!! If this practice and shabby treatment of good customers continues, you will be losing many more good customers. I can not recommend shopping at this store!!
