Over 16 days since purchase. No visibility of receiving the product or refund. Paid 3500 total loss as of now. They do reply to mails but it's jst to push the day far.

They are a fraud company . Please do not order . They don't even have any customer care.. beware. I ordered 2 shirts.. never received

I received what seemed to be a totally random product over a month after I ordered.

I ordered a T-shirt in January and for some reason my GPay didn’t go through initially but they placed an order for cash on delivery! The next day I managed to make payment on GPay for that same order! Now when the delivery guy came he demanded cash so I refused and the product was returned! The return date is showing February 8th yet they haven’t refunded my money or responded to my emails! Yes I send more than one! This is the most rubbish website and a scam! People beware before ordering!

Apart from the delayed dispatch they do deliver nowadays. It's not like before how they didn't deliver, nowadays they are very active and they do deliver.

I should have read this site before ordering! Same issue- ordered a specific jersey - recieved another model. The quality was so poor, and they sent something which was probably used, as the tags were already off the shirt.

On raising a return request - they denied it stating they don't accept returns if the tag is not attached.

It's daylight robbery. They are pure scamsters - show out of stock quick selling items on website --- send substandard whatever close you have in stock ---- and deny returns!

I believe this needs to be taken legally even if it takes time and efforts and I am going to engage with appropriate government redressal forums to ensure they are punished.

They are fraud, ordered RM Tracksuit worth 2200 and they sent me a black RM jersey worth 1200. I haven’t lost 1000rs, but 2200 because that RM jersey was also of BS quality that no one would wear

Ordered a customised jersey beginning of December so it would reach in time for Christmas. Still waiting for the jersey! The same email is sent as a reply to my enquiries over and over again. No phone number nor acknowledgment of my request to speak to a representative. Obviously I have been duped so please don’t fall for the same scam.

I just received my real Madrid doodle jersey today and it was nice. The quality could have been a little better for the price but it was still decent enough. I chose the COD option to be safe cause i had read a lot of negative feedbacks about this website, but i faced none of those problems. Also got the jersey within a week. Overall good job from footballmonk👍.

I ordered a customized jersey from football monk. It's been a three month. Neither they send me the product nor the refund. Everytime I mail they reply in 15 days that ur payment will be refund in 4 to 5 days.
Everytime same reply. It's a scam online website. Don't have proper customer support.
Last mail what I received is their bank is facing the technical difficulty so unable to process the payment. Worst experience, don't fall in prey of footballmonk.in.

Ordered a jersey in September and received it in 2 weeks. The size was smaller than expected so I asked for an exchange for a bigger size. They mentioned that there would be a fee of Rs. 120 required for pickup which I agreed to. The pickup was done 3 days after the request was raised and the customer support has stopped responding ever since. It's been more than a month. Multiple emails later there has been no response from the support team. It is a scam website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered from footballmonk but their service is very bad. the product is delivered late and even after contacting customer service there is no response. once the order is placed they do not provide any updates. not professional at all. i will not buy anything from this company in the future

I had ordered a jersey, order 262557 on 6th July. Never received, nor refunded. No customer support contact available and they dont respond to mails either. Complete frauds.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Football Monk. This website is a complete scam. They don’t have any proper customer care or even a phone number to contact. Emails go unanswered for days (if they reply at all).
They sent me the wrong jerseys, and when I asked for a replacement or refund, they simply ignored me. The quality of the T-shirts is extremely poor — feels like something worth ₹300, but they charge ₹1000 or more.
Don’t waste your money or time here. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a trusted site instead.

Its a scam from Football monk site. After a month of order still i haven't received the order and upon multiple followup no refund also.

Its a scam scam site with group of non responsive persons. Just take the and not get the products delivered.

I’m very disappointed with FootballMonk. I ordered a jersey and paid in full, but months later I still haven’t received anything. There has been no proper communication or update about my order, and it feels like they just took my money and disappeared.

This was supposed to be a simple purchase, but instead it has been frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend FootballMonk to anyone until they can actually deliver what people pay for.
