It’s a scam. The quality is -10. One wash and all the graphics will come off. And do not expect to get your full order. They send you whatever they have in stock and wrong sizes. Save yourself from the trouble.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FOOTBALL MONK. I paid a lot for 2 jerseys with customization. Still haven't received it yet. When I contact them through email, they don't reply they just send a preprepared email apologizing for the delay. I ordered 4 months ago and still I havent gotten any updates. I have sent them like 25 emails. Still nothing for their side.

Football Monk – Masters in Vanishing Jerseys & Silence!

Ordered a jersey back in 16 June 2025, and guess what? Neither a jersey nor a refund – just the sweet sound of silence from Football Monk.

Their email replies (if and when they bother) are copy-paste masterpieces of "Please wait a little longer." Spoiler alert: You’ll keep waiting. Weeks pass, follow-ups vanish into the void, and your money? That’s now a donation to the Monk Temple of Incompetence.

Customer service is practically on vacation – probably trying to find the jersey themselves. This is not a one-off glitch; this is a pattern of how not to run a business.

If you're considering ordering from them, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, or better yet, throw your money off a cliff – it’ll be faster and less insulting.

And finally here’s the kicker — their website proudly says:
"Customer feedback is the lifeblood of our business. Tell us what’s on your mind, good or bad. We respond to all customer feedback and look forward to hearing from you!"
Oh really? Because I’ve been screaming into the void and all I hear back is my own echo. You might want to update that line to:
"Customer feedback is the lifeblood... that we happily ignore."

I placed an order on FootballMonk over a month ago, and I’m still waiting to receive it. Despite multiple follow-ups, all I’ve heard is that they’re “checking” or “looking into it” — but there’s been absolutely no progress. No updates, no resolution, and definitely no product. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

Save your time, money, and patience — I would not recommend FootballMonk to anyone. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. Don’t fall for it like I did.

I just can't hate them enough, i wanted to gift a jersey to friend and it's been a month since i have placed the order and no confirmation, no delivery. No response on email as well. I have officially filed a complaint on consumer court and will send them a notice for the same. Could not hate them more.

I don't want to give them 1 star butt I have too I ordered 2 jersey from them but only got one of the jersey I have emailed them so many times but not reply from them thay are not refunding mee

I ordered a product 20 days ago and haven't recieved it, they are not giving refund also.
Highly suggesting not to buy from them atleast not through prepaid order

Extremely poor service. Ordered 3 jerseys. The phone number was wrongly printed and the OTP never came on the day of delivery. After another 4 weeks of email exchanges, it finally got delivered. But 2 out of the 3 jerseys were wrong.

i paid for two items and only received one

Ordered 5 jerseys, 4 were delivered, 1 was the wrong jersey which was returned to them. However no refund has been initiated, no replacement jersey has been sent and also stopped responding to emails. This has been going on for 2 months now. They don't have a number to call so save your self the hassle and don't order from here.

I've placed my order on 21of may and i haven't still recieved it and the main problem is I've done it through online payment and I've to gift it to someone and I'm really disappointed

Don't order from FootballMonk. They are a big scamster. No replies. No messages. Send you whatever they have in stock.

They scam you beware. I’ve placed an order a month ago and they still haven’t delivered it nor are they giving refund. They claim that only their bank account in this entire country is experiencing issues ! How do they run business and make any transactions with their bank account not working is beyond me. I’m literally begging them to refund me and they are not

It's a scam I had ordered a jersey and I still haven't received it yet it has been 10 days and i bought this with my father's hard earned money got scammed no response on customer service not a email or anything please be careful never ever order from this site

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Based on my experience, Football Monk is an unreliable and untrustworthy company that you should avoid at all costs. They have caused me significant frustration, wasted my time, and are essentially holding my money without providing the goods or a prompt refund.

I have now been forced to escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies and my bank to recover my funds. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the potential loss of money – SHOP ELSEWHERE. Football Monk's business practices are a disgrace, and they do not deserve your patronage. This company is a prime example of how NOT to run an online business. You have been warned.

Their refund management is absolutely diabolical
I ordered an AC Milan jersey 2 months ago and waited for nearly 3 weeks. When I contacted them, they said that it was "unfortunately" Out of stock and they would initiate the refund process soon. Fast forward 2 months later, they stopped responding to emails a bit earlier but now they've started responding to them and are just copy pasting and saying "don't worry you will receive your refund soon. "
Have contacted National Consumer Helpline, but I cannot see any progress, but then also, I don't know what goes on behind the scenes.

Order from this website at your own risk. They have got many jerseys out of stock but are not displaying it and will spin you around for getting a refund like me.

I would suggest nobody to buy from them. I ordered a RM jersey from them, both the design and size were different and when I tried to contact them for replacement there was no response from their side, all I did was loose 1000rs. :)
Worst experience.
