We bought 7 tickets for psg and i paid a ton of Money for matched / paired seats for everyone, now one has to sit alone by himself because of footballticketnet scammed me and did not provide what i ordered and bought for an Extreme overprice, and i did that only because we wanted to sit together and footballticket net promised they could provide.

Our Whole trip is ruined and thousands of euro Down the drain,….

First and the last time. My mistake I red a reviews to late :(. No more comment.

Warning about footballticketnet!

Bought tickets for three persons , one adult and two kids 8 days before the match.Seeting pair garanteed .
Despite all my emails ,didn’t get our tickets until 4 hours before the match.
Then find out that one ticket is seated far away in another block .
When I contact them they tell us it is too late to change the tickets, so close to the game !And that the 16 year old kid has to seat alone in the other block as UEFA consider 16 years old enough to stay independant .After they tell me that I should have noticed I was with two kids !
We decided not to go to avoid more stress being so apart.
What’s unbelievable here : 1/ order three tickets with birthdates and after pretending they did not know there were too minor kids 2/ sending the tickets 4 hours before a game and telling after it is too late to make any change in the tickets !
If you use this website , please watch this:
- Seeting in pair means only two persons will be together
- if you go with kids , send a mail first before purchase.
- Be prepared to get the tickets just a few hours before the game so you won’t be able to resolve any problems .

The tickets we purchased perhaps 6 months in advance were useless.
The game time / day changed 3 times and it was finally held on the day we were flying out.
No chance of a refund as they simply said "read the T&C's. $800 au lost for 4 tickets. Pathetic.
AVOID AT ALL CO$TS.

My ticket which I bought two month before the event was delivered one day before the match. Very frustrating. Always in the dark. The worst part is that the seats were 250 Pounds and they charged me 1273 Pounds.

Got e-tickets 2 days before .Went yesterday to Anfield , Liverpool, first time using this site , tickets scanned perfect, had an awesome day with my son , Ty , fees are pricey but our experience n atmosphere there was electric

Horrible service! I purchased ticket for the Carabao Cup at Wembley 25th of February 2024. Tickets for sale states Chelsea fans or nothing assuming this would be the other team, but I specifically stated also that the tickets HAD to be among LFC fans. Few weeks before the match being notified it is Chelsea tickets I wish to refund as not safe to mix fans to the complete ignorance of footballticket.com. Ohh I forget to mention suddenly receiving a whatsapp message from an unknown number being the seller of the tickets wishing to agree on where to meet in London i.e. the tickets could not be send electronically or send to us by postal/courier even I offered to pay for it. Lousy communication with service department with always a new member of staff not getting the issue and at the end they just refused any rights on my side. We ended up going and watching the match among Chelsea fans not really being the most enjoyable when you are a strong supporter of the opposite team. By the way we talk about 2 x tickets at a value of 1100 £ - not exactly cheap tickets but seated at the corner up under the rough despite paying extra for long side tickets. Stay away is my recommendation!!!!

Bought 2 tickets for my son’s birthday. Guaranteed to be together. They were apart. Travelled from Dublin to Paris. My son is completely gutted. We had to leave. €350 cost. They are offering me 3% back. Terrible company to deal with.

In september I bought tickets for a champions league match in november.They tell you that you get the tickets 1-2 days before the match.I went to Germany and 1 day before the match they sent me an email that my order is cancelled.The reason was a stupid safety reason which had no meaning at all.Do not buy any tickets from this company.It is a scam

I were in Porto for Porto-Inter and I'm Italian, I'm lucky to pass the check point to enter the stadium without any problem but a lot of people wasn't able to enter and to join the match.
One day before the game I received an email from the website with the guidelines to enter in the stadium: no scarf, no Italian language, no away team colors in general; We are in the 2023 in europe, CEE area and something like that should not exist in my own opinion.
Furthermore the 2 sits I bought for 429 €, was 90 € each on the tickets, i choose one of the top area to sit but I get a ticket in the first row of the 19 sector, to see something I have to dribble the ballboy, stewarts and photographers, so it was not a good experience, probably I will never ever buy a ticket from this site again, it's something near to a scam.

Do not buy tickets from this lot. Booked four tickets for a Benfica game in April as we were visiting Lisbon for a week. Tickets seemed reasonable but when I received the e-tickets, they'd made more than doubled the price, however I expected this. The main issue was a couple of days before we departed I received an email asking me to open up a message which contained a change of date and time of the game, and by opening it I was in full acceptance of this change. This was from a Sunday afternoon to the prior Saturday in the evening. As we would have only just landed at this time we were obviously unable to attend. Having emailed them it became apparent they had no intention of refunding us the money and referred to their terms and conditions. Tried a chargeback from my credit card company who initially refunded the money, but as Footballticket.net challenged it with their T's & C's, they've now billed me for the tickets. I cannot stress enough not to use this company, there's a good chance you'll lose out.

SCAM!!! Dont buy tickets here! Bought tickets 2 month ago for Champions League match PSG - Real Madrid. Payed 900 Euro for 2 tickets. They where supposed to be emailed the day before (today!) I am now in Paris and get a call from the company that my tickets are cancelled because of security. I ask what Security and they cant tell me. I ask for the manager and they say NO thats all we can tell you. No match and no money!!!

Bought a ticket for the Chelsea liverpool match 2 months in advance. Paid 250.00 plus 72.00 pounds booking fee. Less than 24 hours before the match received a restricted view ticket valued at 60.00 pounds. Even less value than the booking fee. Football ticket.net will not respond to my emails so I'm making sure you know how deceptive they are.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. This company is polar opposite of honest. I bought two tickets online and only received one. They wouldn't send me another ticket or even refund me my money for the second seat for that matter. I'm utterly gutted and frustrated, how do these people get away with this??! This is basically highway robbery, withholding MY money without any kind of compensation!! I contacted their customer service and was assured that the price I paid (about 500 Euros) was for 2 seats. Much to my shock, it was only for 1 place and they argued that the chat agent was actually mistaken! How does the blame fall to me and I'm the one who has to pay for it?! I'm in disbelief and I honestly cannot imagine how 1 ticket would cost that much, even with the inflated prices. To add insult to injury they didn't even refund the excess or compensate me for this dreadful ordeal. Disgraceful service and deceitful company, you're nothing short of a fraud! I'll never use it again and I'll make sure my experience is known to all!

I was travelling with my son and his two Children,soon 10 and 12 years old,To the Dortmund-PSG match. I wanted us to come closer to the pitch so Iordered, Category 1 Gold Long Side Lower 1st Or 2nd Tier Tickets as said on your site, for 258,75 Euros each and explained that we have two kids with us. The tickets I was provided was 2 tickets as high as we could get on block 51(also shown in two prior categorys) and also as close to the corner we could come. The other two tickets was on the same tier but on different rows. Three rows apart from each other with no possibility of having any kind of contact with each other. Therefor we couldn't use that ticket and the two kids had to sit with their father on the 2 places that were together.
I wrote on my first contact with you that I was travelling with 2 kids ten and eleven years old and that it was important that we could sit together or in pairs. A few days before the game I wrote to you and checked that everything was ok. I got the following answer from you:

We will try our best to provide 4 tickets together, but in accordance with our terms and conditions we can only guarantee seating in pairs, that is you might receive 2+2 as close as the availability will allow. According to the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary of Current English, a guarantee is a promise or undertaking (usually in writing or print ) that certain conditions agreed to in a transaction will be fulfilled.

When I first saw the tickets we got, I contacted your customer service and they wanted me to take pictures of the tickets I`ve got. I did that and then it was quiet until I complained about the tickets I`ve got.

In my contacts with the customer service I´ve been told that my tickets were upgraded to platinum so they don´t think that they have done anything wrong. I´ve been talking to several people about this matter and they are laughing about that comment and I am sure that very few would consider this an upgrade. Not even you who read this letter. At first I was offered 10% off on my next booking , haha.In one of my phone Contacts with Customer Service i was offered a refund off 100 Euros. I accepted that and asked them to confirm it via mail. When I recieved the mail the sum was reduced to 14 Euro. Maybe inflation, or.

Though I didn't get what you guaranteed me and all the talk about me being upgraded and your reluctance in considering of your guilt in this matter, I think that the least you can do to make me satisfied is to refund me for the ticket I couldn't use, 258,75 Euro. I don't have any other requests regarding the downgrading.

I also think it is a false marketing to have all available seats from Gold and Silver Category in the Platinum Category. It is just a way for you to call it an upgrade, no other reason. Very bad buisiness concept,

It was my first time buying tickets from this site and my my - the experience was disastrous!! I bought tickets for around 600 GBP for two persons in Real Madrid vs Tottenham Hotspurs at Wembley expecting the seats to be good. But what I got was the top row in the top most tier which was available at 45 GBP per ticket. This is after I left them a special note that I needed tickets to be as close to the pitch as possible. Also I never got the tickets - I got Spurs season passes in someone's else's name meaning i had to hold my breath in order to get in fearing the security might pull me off and not allow me to go in. Need less the most pathetic way to treat your customers who has paid you so much hard earned money to watch a match just to find out that we cant even recognize the players....
I am not going to buy any tickets from this site and neither should anyone..

So I think my point is proven. I wrote a review earlier, get told to email and then you wait over a week for a response and nothing! Absolutely shocking service. If I could give a zero star I would!!

I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with my experience. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this website. My son is a lifelong Chelsea fan (he is 15) and we live in USA. I decided to make a present for him and bring two of us to London to watch the Chelsea - Liverpool game on September 15th. Needless to say that the game was sold out, so I needed to use one of these ticket services to tremendously overpay for these tickets. I did not care, as I wanted to have the best experience for my son. I paid 442 pounds for two tickets in the Premium Bronze category (short side behind goal section). When I picked up the tickets from the local hotel I got suspicious right away, since my tickets stated that we had Restricted View. When we finally got to the stadium and found our seats, I was in shock. We had the very last row (Block 12, section JJ) in a section under the roof. When you sat down in these seats, you could only see a half of the field. To make things worse, the fans in this section did not sit down for the whole game, and we could not see the game even when standing up, since the roof was clearly in the way. The game was sold out and when I asked the usher to help us, his direct response was "these are the tickets you bought, this is why you paid cheap for them." Really? I paid cheap?? The face value of one ticket was 23.5 pounds and I ended up paying 10 times more for a ticket that was absolutely useless. My son was in tears and in shock. I felt so useless as I did not know what to do or how to help him. We ended leaving in the middle of the game, since we could not see it and finished watching it in a local bar. My multiple attempts to contact this company after the game did not produce any response. To say the least, my entire trip to London was ruined. Please stay away from these scammers. I hope there are more reputable companies out there that you can deal with. If the company wants to reach me, my order # was 563504.
