Ordered a ticket for Mainz v Wolfsburg. The ticket would not scan. I was told that the ticket was black market by the Mainz employees. I lost 75 euro and had to buy a new ticket. Luckily there were some as I had travelled from Ireland. When I contacted football ticket.net, they kept on trying to ring me during the match, I had to turn my phone off. Then after the game they asked me a series of stupid questions about what happened. I am awaiting compensation and a full refund but I would warn people to steer well clear of this website

If its not possible to attend to the match because the game has been moved to anorher date, they dont Care. Lost to tickets to a PSG match and i wrote Them 1.5 Month before the game.
Its there police, beware of that

Searched online for a few days trying to get tickets to this match and finally decided to buy the tickets with Football Ticket Line. Very good choice.

Their staff left the tickets in our hotel reception 2 days before the match. The tickets were legit and we had no problem to enter the Old Trafford stadium. The seats were for the platinum premium category which had a very good sight to the field and the atmosphere in the stands was awesome by the local fans.

Unfortunately the match itself was not good – 0:0 with no action at all – but the ticket experience was very good. I recommend.

I was a little nervous at first using a third party supplier of football tickets, but Footballticketline proved to be very trustworthy and also very helpful when my hotel refused to sign for the tickets. I was contacted immediately and gave the messenger an alternate address to which to send the tickets.

My experience with this company was fantastic, very professional and I received text messages right up until the match started. The only thing if there was something I could fault was the price, I think this should be lowered a little therefore purchasing tickets on a more regular basis would be no problem :)

I booked 2 tickets to Sporting Lisbon vs Schalke in the Champions League. I assumed it would be sold out so booked ahead through FootballTicketline as they were only 1 of 2 sites I found that allowed me to buy from the UK.

Paid about £60 per ticket to find out that the game wasn't sold out and we could have paid about 35 Euros at the stadium.

Good service but expensive considering the game wasn't sold out.

Because they wouldn't send the tickets 48 hours before the game we had already left for Paris and we were worried about being able to receive the email and print the tickets. The email arrived and we were able to get the hotel to print them for us. So no problem in the end but did spoil the first part of our trip due to worry and uncertainty. When I ordered the tickets I asked for 4 seats together but we got 2 x 2 sat quite far apart - I know 4 together isn't guaranteed but great customer service delivers. Thoroughly enjoyed the game with my son.
Would probably use again but only for 2 people travelling and after exploring other options.

Customer focussed organisation. Tickets were provided online in advance of match. The seats were perfect, made it such a special occasion for the family. Thoroughly recommend this site.

Booked tickets for last weeks Barcelona v Celta Vigo match.
Absolutely no problems at all. Great communication and customer service.
Tickets were waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived in Barcelona and were good seats with an excellent view. 100% as described on the website.

Will definitely be using Football Ticketline again in the future.
