I bought football match tickets from this website and selected mobile tickets. The site showed that the tickets were “on the way”, so I expected to receive them digitally on my phone before the match.

Instead, an unknown person contacted my father on WhatsApp and told us we had to meet him outside the stadium to get the tickets. This felt very unprofessional and unsafe. At first, we honestly thought it might be a scam.

The day before the match, we still had not received any tickets, and we had no idea if we would even get into the stadium. We had to travel to the match without having any tickets in hand and just hope that the person would actually show up.

When we arrived, he asked us to wait even longer, which made the situation extremely stressful. I was very worried and close to panicking because we had paid a lot of money and still had nothing we could show at the entrance.

In the end, the person did show up and we had to use his phone to access the tickets and enter the stadium. The tickets worked, and we did get in, but the whole experience felt very risky, disorganized, and unprofessional.

This is not what “mobile ticket delivery” should look like. Even though we eventually got in, the stress and uncertainty were unacceptable. I would not feel comfortable using this website again and I think other buyers should be very careful.

Attended the Arsenal vs Kairat match at the Emirates and had a great overall experience. Entry was well organised, stewarding was efficient, and the atmosphere inside the stadium was excellent. Seats provided a clear view of the pitch and facilities were clean and well managed. A smooth matchday from arrival to full time – exactly what you expect from a top-level club and venue. I am very dissatisfied. For a PSG match, I received different seats than what I paid for. Customer service is difficult to reach and denies that anything went wrong. Unacceptable service.

Tickets didn't work, support team were very responsive but couldn't resolve my issue, disappointing but that is risk with these second hand sites.
After I had missed the game, the support team missed my original email and after emailing again with the evidence I had tried to resolve my issues, they agreed to pay a full refund.
I would have preferred to go to the game but overall the support team were very helpful and could have easily avoided refunded. With a lot of other good reviews probably I got unlucky with my tickets.
