This was one a the greatest experiences for me in Rio de Janeiro.
Raphael was knowledgeable, experienced, and responsible for everything from beginning to end.
Whether you want to go by yourself, with your friend, and with your family, I definitely recommend!

I purchased two tickets for the Flamengo vs. Vasco da Gama match as a surprise for my wife — only to discover she had already bought tickets for us through her Brazilian producer with the same intention. I contacted the company just 17 minutes after my purchase to explain the situation to my customer service representative, Ana, who initially assumed there had been a duplicate transaction on their end and offered to cancel one order. However, once they confirmed that only one transaction existed on my side, they reversed their position and refused to process the cancellation, citing the following policy: "I'm sorry, but once the purchase has been registered, the tickets are reserved. As the event is so close, we are unable to process a cancellation."
This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I feel compelled to share this experience. Refusing to cancel a purchase made less than 17 minutes prior — under clearly exceptional and verifiable circumstances — is, in my view, taking advantage of the customer. This is particularly disappointing for a company that charges three times the face value of the tickets and should therefore be held to the highest standards of service in the hospitality and ticketing industry.
Buyer beware.

"After the game, the crew was great and extremely helpful in accommodating every request — from changing the pick-up location to welcoming us at the stadium and taking us back to the hotel. They even came to check on us during half time, so I honestly cannot complain about the service at all. Thank you!"

Everything was perfect. It is an easy way to go to a game in Maracanã stadium. Raphael the guide, was very helpful and took good care of the group. It was a very nice experience.

We've had a great and smooth experience, from ticket purchase to matchday itself. I was contacted within 10 minutes of the online purchase, with follow-up details and important things to know for the matchday which was reassuring about the entire process.
Our guide Marcelo was a great matchday host. He showed us around the stadium before the game, and gave us all the info we needed to navigate the stadium. All that remained for us was enjoying the atmosphere and the game itself.

The Flamengo vs Santos game was honestly an incredible experience from start to finish. The whole day was really well organised, and nothing felt rushed at any point, which made it even more enjoyable.

Eduardo and company did a great job meeting us and taking us to the game at the Luis Filho Stadium. The transportation was confortable and the experience was exciting and authentic. It was a great way to witness the local culture. We felt safe at all times and we were made feel welcome.

Overall my experience of purchasing the tickets was positive. The staff member was very helpful over WhatsApp.

However, one very important thing should be known - the system says you MUST bring your passport to be game - which is extremely risky. Yet, I was never asked once to show it. Therefore I took an immense risk to bring an invaluable document to a crowded football game for absolutely no reason.

Raphael and his team were excellent! From pickup to drop off the whole operation was slick and professional and they made the experience special making us feel very welcomed in Rio. The teams knowledge and guidance made the game even more enjoyable. Thanks

Overall unforgettable experience. The process of getting tickets and registering for entrance to the stadium and directions to and from Maracana stadium were seamless. Highly recommend adding a futbol game at Maracana to your list for a cultural experience that will resonate a lifetime.

Amazing experience - top from Raphael our host we had a short walk from our air bnb to a station where he met us and took us and a bunch of others direct to the stadium - very smooth experience and amazing seats for an amazing match - any football lovers would relish these guys as they are reliable and very helpful with the whole Maracana experience
