Foot cardigan custom socks

We partnered with Foot Cardigan to produce custom socks for our gifting program, and they delivered on every front.

We ordered two styles (1) athletic socks and (2) fun dress socks and both exceeded expectations. The quality was consistently top tier across the full run, with no variance in construction or finish. The designs felt current and on-trend, which matters when you’re putting your brand on something going to clients and partners.

Beyond the product itself, the service experience was excellent. The team was responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a custom sock partner for corporate gifting, employee swag, or branded merchandise, Foot Cardigan is the real deal. We’ll be back.

Great Customer Service

I'm going to give Foot Cardigan a five star review "sole"ly based on their amazing customer service. The actual process of ordering and receiving the socks in Canada was not smooth and rather confusing. Because the company advertises that it's been around since 2012, I assumed that things would be pretty standard for an online business (for example, I didn't received an email stating the order had shipped even though the confirmation order said I'd be alerted). I am brutal at "business stuff", so there's no harsh judgement from me. The sock subscription was a birthday gift. If it was just for myself, I wouldn't care about timing and presentation. I paid $7US for the Sock Fairy box and it arrived all smashed up. I requested a refund and they didn't give me a runaround. They just refunded me.

And now I wait to see if the socks meet my boyfriend's standards. Lol. I'd toe-tally get a subscription for myself, but I'm not swimming in money right now, so I'm stuck buying basic store socks. 🙃

A perfect gift from an amazing company. I ordered a monthly subscription of men's crew socks. Foot Cardigan thinks about every detail - packaging, design, and most importantly the quality of the socks. The socks are of a quality I'd expect from a much higher price point. I recommend these for yourself and as the perfect holiday gift for family, friends, and coworkers. Keep up the great work!!

Loving these socks

I signed up for the premium sock subscription and have been loving the socks. Great designs and very comfortable. I'm impressed with the diverse themes and colors and excited to see what is coming next. Its nice to know that when I'm sitting in boring Zoom meetings I can have a secret fun item on my feet. I think i've figured out what to do for Xmas shopping early this year (for once).

The gift that keeps on giving

This is hands down, one of the best presents I've received. Every month for 6 months, I received a brand new pair of socks in the mail. Firstly, I loved the fact of a gift that keeps on giving - every month there was a new surprise. But secondly, and most importantly, the socks were great as well. I loved every single design I received. All were very different, but the colors and designs were awesome and the quality was as good as you get. I've had lots of compliments about the socks and don't hesitate to send all my friends to Foot Cardigan to get their own subscriptions.

Problem but hopefully resolved

I purchased a monthly delivery for my grandson thinking he would enjoy "getting mail". He has received his deliveries monthly until October, then suddenly a complete stop. I accessed my account and it shows they billed me each month but order was "unfullfilled". They never attempted to contact.
UPDATE: I contacted the company after finding their email address in small print. Hope responded very quickly and offered a 4 month refund (the max they could do on a credit card) and two months of socks sent out or a full refund in a check.
FINAL UPDATE: received refund and socks as promised.

WORST COMPANY

This is the worst company. I paid for year long membership, they only delivered for 4 months. Then when I emailed them about it, they didn't respond for 3 months. Customer service sucks, product sucks. Don't waste your time or money. I hope this company goes out of business.

Have been a subscriber for over two…

Have been a subscriber for over two years.
Shipping is super slow. DHL is primary then they hand it off to the local USPS for final delivery. Used to get a tracking # but haven't been provided one for a while now. Not the biggest deal, they showed up but for the price, shipping speed is kinda lame.
Subscription was a gift for my wife. She loved the socks, got a kick from the gift wrapping (kids coloring book pages for an extra cost). Cool designs, good quality.
As time went by though, the experience lost its luster. Gift wrapping disappeared (price didn't go down though), tracking # wasn't provided, designs started getting weak, and the quality diminished.
Overall, feels like they're just "phoning it in".

Okay so I never write reviews like EVER but these guys have amazing customer service and great sense of humor. I was a little spectacle about ordering from them because of the previous reviews, But wowzers happy I did !!! Awesome & unique designs that you can’t just find in Wal mart. great quality not super thin like your regular run of the mill socks ! Only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because delivery takes atleast 8 days like is the 21st century that’s Too long in my opinion. Other then that the quality and the customer service IS TOP Notch will buy a subscription for my dad on Father’s Day since I got me and my hubby one for Christmas

I signed up for a six month gift…

I signed up for a six month gift subscription on December 9th after watching their episode on shark tank for a friend. It is now January 18th and no socks have ever been shipped. I have emailed three separate times and each time it’s been excuse after excuse. Lost by carrier, oh it will be delivered by the end of the week. Do NOT use this company.

DO NOT TRUST OR SUBSCRIBE

They sent me two pairs of okay socks. Then they stopped sending me socks but kept charging me money for several months. When I contacted customer support to rectify this, it was a horrendous obstacle course that required four emails, six phone calls and a discussion with the literal president of the company. Horrible experience. Stay away.

Foot Cardigan? More like Foot Curmudgeon.

I tried Foot Cardigan, and I thought I would like it. The idea is really cool, and I thought it was kind of zany, so I put in a subscription for the women’s crew socks. $12 for a pair of socks seems like kind of a lot, but I thought the idea was so fun that I would splurge once a month for a new pair of socks. For the two months that I was subscribed, I received the same pair of socks twice in a row. I emailed Foot Cardigan, hoping that I would get a response and that maybe we could switch them out, because I know that mistakes happen. They never responded. I got a confirmation email saying they had received my email, but over a week went by before I decided to email them again. The second time I just asked them to cancel my subscription, because I’m not going to pay $12 a month for the same pair of socks and no response from the company. As of this review I still not have received an email, even about my cancellation of my subscription. Their customer service seems kind of backward for being such a forward focused company, and I would think it would be easier to cancel subscription than sending out an email to the Internet hoping that someone on the other end might actually read it. Very disheartened and disappointed. To add insult to injury, the two pairs I received were on the rather bland end, just being a print of the letter eye chart you would find a doctor’s office. Bummer.
