This month marks two years with Foot Cardigan! I haven't experienced any missing sock issues, but earlier this year the socks have been extremely poor. Sometimes you can legitimately see the skin of my foot through the sock, and they rarely survive a few washes without a hole starting in them. I originally didn't mind overpaying for fun, sturdy socks, but now I'm overpaying for fun, extremely cheap socks that may-or-may-not be unwearable knee-highs, all of which I can buy in bulk for a lot cheaper at other stores. I'm embarrassed to even give them away. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially since I imagine their quality is only going to get worse rather than better. It's a shame!

These are cheap tube socks that a very thin and worthless. The worst part is once you sign up for monthly socks thye make it extreamly difficult to stop. Steer clear of this company.

Socks are great and innovative. Shipping is slightly expensive, however, they were shipped from US to UK. Also received a free pair of socks in the package too!

help!!!!! I can't seem to get your company to change my son's delivery address.....I have e-mailed several times. Asked for help via contact messaging. I have set up an account....but my subscriptions do not pull in for me to update the address. Called the number listed for your company on the internet....it is a bad number!!!!! Help!!!

Customer service is really nice, but I haven't received my socks two different months already and had to contact them about it. Really disappointed that I have to contact them so often about not receiving my monthly socks that I pay for monthly.

I love quirky socks. So I thought this was a great way to give myself a monthly treat. $12 for a pair of socks is a bit pricey - but for the cool socks I saw on their ads and website, I was in.

The first month, I got a bag with a "meh" pair of socks. They're OK, but not like the imaginative socks on the site. The second month passed with no socks at all. I saw reviews here that indicated that this was not an anomaly. So I messaged them on the site and emailed to cancel my subscription. Their response was, in effect - 'Yes, we had a problem and lost your order between here and the shipping department. You have successfully cancelled".

Now... I'm bummed. I GOOD company would have done two things. 1. Send new customers the BEST SOCKS you have. Hook them right off. and 2. You should have sent me the missing month's for free. I'd have returned as a customer. A good customer experience is something you can't get back once it's lost.

Great idea, but terrible customer service. I repeatedly get emails telling me that my next month's socks are shipped...about every 2nd pair actually arrive!
The only contact info available is through email, which they don't respond to. I managed to respond to an email from one of their founders...who forwarded my email to customer service, which is likely the only reason I got a response. And of course I got all the "this never happens" from them, yet repeatedly seems to happen to me!
If you want to pay a full year subscription for 5 - 6 pairs of socks, than this is the program for you! If you actually want 12 pairs of socks...shop elsewhere.

I ordered socks for my boyfriend for Christmas. It was a few weeks and I never received them. I checked the status and it said it was delivered. I never received them. I contacted customer service and was instructed to contact my post office. If I purchased products from your company, it is your responsibility to ensure I receive them. You should track them down or replace them. Customers should never deal with this headache when buying from a legitimate business. Very disappointed and will never buy from them again.

Foot Cardigan is a sock of the month club that specializes in sending superbly wonderful socks to your door every month. For $9 a month, you can receive a random pair of bizarre socks in your mailbox.
My kids adore these creative and funny socks!
