These look and feel like they belong in a luxury boutique. Even my neighbor, who’s usually skeptical about affordable options, said, "I would’ve thought these cost triple the price." This brand is redefining what value means!

These guys re a scam. Don't buy from them. I have not received my order (ordered early December 24) and they are not responding to my messages. Their website has been taken down since today.

I am very excited opening the package, it awesome from packaging down to faster delivery of the items. The new style of my favorite brand is already available and I had it on my size as well.

I genuinely thought my order wasn’t coming-I was ready to report it as a scam after waiting so long. Tracking wasn’t updating, and I was getting frustrated. But then the shoes finally arrived, and wow..they were worth it.

The fit is perfect, the quality is amazing, and they’re so comfortable. I’ve already worn them to work and around town, and they’ve held up great. So yea, the wait tested my patience, but FootHaven delivered in the end!

For almost 8 months now, these shoes from this shop have been authentic, sturdy, and have held up beautifully. The fact that I wear them constantly and they still look and feel great is a testament to their quality. Although the service initially started off rough, the durability and comfort of these shoes are more than enough to make up for it. So, if you're looking for footwear that lasts and performs well, this shop is a great choice!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Ordered Birkenstocks for my partner for Christmas. They arrived with no issues. Unfortunately they were too small so I sent them back via Foothaven Returns. They were delivered back to FootHaven on the 19th of December and I haven't heard from them since. The replacement size was never sent and I never received a refund. I have sent 5+ emails with no response and their phone number on the website does not work. The chat function on their website also does not work. DO NOT SHOP HERE

After waiting over a month for my order to be shipped (ordered 29/11), missing out on Christmas and arriving finally yesterday, the goods are FAKE - confirmed by Birkenstock. The colour and sizing are off, there are spelling errors on the box, the footbed has incorrect information on it. I’m so disappointed. I’m attempting to send back to fake goods in return for a refund but am really worried they will not refund me. I have put in a dispute with my bank and reported to the ACCC and would recommend everyone else to do the same.

Ordered the shoe after getting the wrong size at Birkenstock website who then ran out of stock when I returned. Boston Clog. They didn’t respond when nothing was sent for weeks on chat and email. Amex charged back from a dispute and they responded using chat gtp in 24 hours. Then sent a week later a fake pair of Birkenstocks. If you’re going to send fake shoes, at least make the spelling on the box correct. Even worse they sent the wrong size anyway. Have reported to ACCC.

Same experience as a lot of the other reviewers. Took my order. Got a couple of emails saying that my order was delayed but that I would get it before Xmas. A couple of sob story emails about how mistakes were made and that they’re a small business. Now they won’t even reply to emails. Total scammers. Embarrassed that I fell for it. Have lodged a dispute with my bank in hopes of getting my money back.

Wish I had never purchased from this company. Ordered on the 2/12/24 and received no order confirmation or tracking details. Had to send multiple emails to get these details only to get a fake tracking number. After waiting over a month to know the location of my order, I sent multiple emails for a refund but of course no response. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, although I’m not convinced the “good” reviews are actually real. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The product is relatively unknown and the company lacks sufficient promotions and advertisement because without the right exposure it's hard for people to discover them.

ORDER 2419, SHOES NEVER RECIEVED. ORDERED 29TH NOVEMBER. NEVER EVEN SENT. $160 REFUND NEEDED IMMEDIATELY.
