0 customer service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Foot Locker. They sent me the completely wrong size and the wrong brand of shoes. When I contacted customer service, they tried to convince me to accept a size 11 or 13 even though I clearly wear a 12. I ended up wasting hours just trying to order a simple pair of running shoes. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. I won’t be shopping here again.

After severals pairs of jordan shoes…

After severals pairs of jordan shoes worst quality i ever seen (preworn,glue stain,leather tear,creased shoes,ect…) and worst custumers service ever with fake discount code that you can apply only on shoes that are worth nothing(i always bought retro and discount are only éligible on non retro cheap crap)i attach a few picture of the last disaster pair they shipped me dont loose your time shopping at footlocker or champs shop at JD Sports or other they will serv you way better

Great experience with fabulous customer service!!

I have purchased items before at footlocker, but have never had such a fabulous experience before. Dariel was one of the best customer service people I've ever worked with! He listened, asked questions and addressed my questions. He was very professional and friendly as he worked to help make me as a customer happy with the experience! Totally appreciate!!!

I wish I read the reviews before…

I wish I read the reviews before dealing with Foot Locker. So I bought basketball shoes for my son online, they came clearly not 100% new, maybe they were tried on at store I thought. Extra pair of shoe laces were missing the plastic bag for example and if you check online videos when people open the nex box, the extra pair of shoe laces should be in the little plastic bag! Anyway, I tried to return them because they were quiet tight for my son. Foot Locker was processing this return for more than a month with me calling them 5 times in total asking for the status of the refund. Today, I called them again and they said the shoes were scheduled to return back to me because they were worn. No emails, no confirmation, nothing from their part no explanation. I won't shop at this store anymore and I advice everyone to be careful, they won't give your money back.

Terrible online experience

Terrible online experience, ordered something online and got a tracking # then a cancellation email 2 days later saying my item wasn’t in stock in the first place. Fix your inventory system!

It's the worst experience ever

It's the worst experience ever. I bought a pair of shoes for a present, at home I realized its been used, so ive tried to return but no, all I get was a scream that I'm lying, so I called customer support and they said to send it by mail to them. For one MONTH I got no update or rufund. My money was stolen by this company and they just ignore me.

MY DAUGHTERS SHOES FOR THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

My daughter had a pair of shoes bought by her dad. I did not realize she did not try them on when he gave them to her. They were her current size. She put them in her closet in the box and put them away for the first day of school. When she went to put them on for school they were too tight. Footlocker.ca would not exchange them for her, they said it had passed the return, exchange date. I thought they would understand. They did not. I brought them in to the footlocker store and explained to them what had happened. They happily exchanged the shoes for my daughter. They took care of everything for her. They did not have her size in the store, they ordered them for her, and had them shipped to our home at no charge. I was so pleased with the customer service I received in the store. I will not order from Footlocker.ca again. I posted this to inform others.

£109 shoes seems like £15 shoes I bought from footlocker in South Harrow be aware if you buy anything from this shop be extra vigilant they might scam you

Hello good morning to all,
I am here to share with you a really honest fact about footlocker shop in South harrow shopping centre St John’s.
I bought a Nike shoes £109 for my son he was looking well after the shoes. He was wearing it only when it needed it and when he would come back home, he would put the shoes in the same box to avoid getting dirty or whatever else.
After two months, Although my son did not wore it on daily basis, but only wore when it needed, The shoes tore off And you could clearly see it was in a very bad condition within two months because of the poor quality , As my son complained, I had the same box and the receipt, Today 25th of June 2025 I went to the same shop and raised the issue saying that I paid £109 to have a quality product but this shows within two months got to very bad Condition. So, I asked them that want my refund, They refused and used unprofessional language, the customer service was very low and unprofessional, so I left the footlocker shop without any further escalation.
I write my honest experience with you guys. From my perspective footlocker specially in South harrow shopping centre sell fake products and probably it seems they scam people while the main companies leaders are not aware of this fake products sold in their name or shops.
Just to let you know do your own research first and check what are you purchasing for the money. I will definitely, File a complaint to consumer protection agency (like the FTC, Citizens Advice, ACCC) about this specific footlocker.

I would give this company less stars.

I would give this company less starts if I could.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different location to my home address. I sent Footlocker proof of this and am yet to receive a replacement or a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks.

The customer service team are rude and have no people skills. I have tried to resolve this issue many times just to he brushed off. Very unprofessional and rude and I for one will NEVER shop with them again.

Worst customer service experience – wasted time, no solution, no product

I placed an order for shoes on the Foot Locker UK website on April 24th. Unfortunately, I noticed right after ordering that my old address was still on the order. I immediately contacted customer service asking to update it — they told me they couldn’t change anything because the parcel had already been handed over to DHL and I had to contact DHL myself.

The tracking number was inactive for several days, so I contacted Foot Locker again. I was told the parcel was being shipped from the Netherlands and tracking wouldn’t activate until it reached the UK. When tracking finally worked, I chose a DHL pickup point — only to arrive and be told that the location had stopped accepting DHL parcels two weeks earlier.

I explained this to Foot Locker, and requested redelivery to a different, working pickup point. They confirmed this — but the parcel was still sent to the same closed location again.

Now I’m being told the package will be returned to their warehouse and I have to wait up to 24 days (14 days processing + 3–10 banking days) for a refund.

This is ridiculous. I spent over a week trying to fix this issue, wasted hours writing emails and chasing both Foot Locker and DHL, and in the end I have no product and no money.

Customer service has been useless, unhelpful, and completely ineffective. Rather than offering real solutions, they just kept passing responsibility back and forth.

This was my first and last time shopping with Foot Locker — I strongly do not recommend it to anyone.

I returned trainers I had less than 24…

I returned trainers I had less than 24 hrs im colourblind I had on 10mins pal says they not a pair wtf look at images you won't believe they refused to do anything because I had them on they fail all consumer act and still Cs refuse my appeal.Side show they took them in bk 1st guy says can't sell em again no replacement or refund I argued large ugly thing says they smell of smoke too I persists none of that trumps they not a pair the guy turns into mutley the sniffer dog and mutters under his dog breath it's cannabis .I had a fkn fit swore at the poor dug then launched a shoe into oblivion but I'm still entitled to a refund and a good compensation for the staffs terrible approach to me stay back folks AT.Update they still refuse what a shower of terrible people I am registered disabled after a recent stroke but my head is still working no surrender footlocker robbed me a blatant scam to anger customers who are already fuming (no pun intended) to ramp it up with smoke accusations then go for the kill they smell of drugs boom through the roof I wanted to put motley down and sell the manager but remembered we not in the 80s anymore have to go by the rules no violence forget my terrible thoughts but I have good reason these bad actors ripped me off

I recently had a frustrating experience…


I recently had a frustrating experience returning a pair of shoes to Footlocker Canada. The shoes didn’t fit, so I initiated a return, only to be told by customer service that it would take over two weeks to process my refund. When I inquired further, the representative seemed completely unaware of how the warehouse was handling returns, which left me feeling extremely uncertain about the process.
Waiting for such a long time for a simple return and refund, with no clear communication or understanding from customer service, was incredibly disappointing. It’s frustrating to deal with a situation where there’s no transparency or clear answers on how long it will take to get my money back.
I hope Footlocker improves their return process and customer service in the future, as this experience has left me questioning whether I will shop here again.

My past experiences with foot locker…

My past experiences with foot locker were great. The only issue I had was returning my online order at a store and the store manager was not happy about it. He told me I should have called and checked if they carry that specific pair of shoes before I came in and returned them. He explained to me that if they don’t carry that model they will have to pay for shipping and send them back to other locations. Honestly it’s not my problem, I can return to any locations. Next time if I have to return/exchange, I will just ask for a return shipping label.

Excuses hostaging your rewards

I have ordered with footlocker.ca for more than 3 years got FLX reward to about 300k. All of a sudden their system "failed verification" kept cancelling my orders. I have been using same payment method and address and name for years. They are Crooks and held my account points hostage!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would give half star if I could. I will be boycotting Footlocker from now on, and have spread the word to family and friends as well. Bought a pair of shoes for my niece for Christmas, and bought it at the end of October (Oct 30th) because I was going out of the country for a month in November, and I wanted to be able to mail the shoes to her before I left on my trip.

Canada Post then went on strike by the time I mailed it to her. Anyway, she finally gets the shoes and they are too small. She takes the brand new shoes in the box and the receipt to Footlocker to just EXCHANGE for a bigger pair. We didn't want a refund, so no money back. She was told no she couldn't do that, because it was past 45 days.

No explanations would work with Footlocker, even with the postal strike which held up the delivery etc. I even phoned Head Office and spoke to a representative there AND a supervisor and nothing could be done. The stupid thing is...we would have also been spending more money had they let us do the exchange, because the new shoes we were getting was a newer model and more expensive, so we were willing to pay the difference. And the original shoes cost us $210!!!!! NEVER NEVER again will I buy another pair of shoes from Footlocker.

NEGATIVE STAR, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

There should be a negative star because footlocker is useless. I ordered 6 items on November 29. On December 2 it got delivered and only 3 items were in the box. The delivery email I got CLEARLY STATES THAT ONLY 3 ITEMS WERE DELIVERED. I contacted footlocker MANY times and they keep saying they cannot do anything to help me, I contacted my bank for a chargeback and that was also denied because they said footlocker claimed to have delivered all 6 items. I have proof on email that only 3 items were delivered and over a month now and I have yet to get a refund or my missing items. Footlocker is complete BS and I will never order or purchase in store again. They are HORRIBLE at customer service both in store and on phone. Worst company ever and now I’m gone $100 because of their lack of professionalism.

This seems to be a trend-make sure you track your item!

First off, let me say that I’m speechless-and that doesn’t happen often. I am really upset.
I ordered a pair of women’s Tasman uggs size 7 on Nov 17 2024 for my daughter. I ordered from footlocker 6 weeks ahead of Christmas to ensure I would get them.
Nov 18th I received an email “get ready your order is on the way”.
Then we had the mail strike. I contacted footlocker 4 times via messenger (on the website) and because the wait times for an assistant were over 15 minutes, I was promised a follow up email. Nothing.
I FINALLY got through to a c/s agent today-after 1 hr 17 minute wait- only to tell me that there was clearly an error in the warehouse and the order hadn’t been shipped. 😡 Ok. I have two options- a refund or a replacement pair sent asap. I opted for the replacement pair. I was asked to hold. 10 min later he tells me that the size isn’t available. I would have to take a refund. No “wow, this is terrible customer service”….or “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. Just “take the money you can’t get these now”.
Which is precisely why I ordered them Nov 17.
This is horrendous customer service. And their online “virtual helper” does nothing because EACH TIME I didn’t get a follow up email.
Now I am out a present for my daughter. That should have come WEEKS AGO.
I am SO frustrated-and concerned with the lack of emotion or really any type of personality with their customer service.
Oh-and the icing on the cake- my “confirmation” of getting the refund is an email that says
“Get ready, your refund is on the way”.
Unbelievable.

There should be a "Zero" (0) star…

There should be a "Zero" (0) star rating for this Company (Foot locker). This is worst by far when in comes to customer service. My wife and I have been on the phone for over an hour + waiting to talk to someone at customer service regarding an order. We ordered shoes for our kids hoping to get them before Christmas. They've lost a customer. Will never deal with these people again.

Update: Finally went through, CS rep. lied that order was shipped. Asked us to call UPS, UPS says, they have no order in their system.
