No stars at all

No stars at all! I have purchased a New Balance shoes 3 months ago and noticed a hole forming on the side of one of the shoes. This obviously didn't meet my expectations as these shoes are quiet expensive. I was expecting them to last a little more than atleast a year. I called footlocker customer service and see if they can provide me a resolution, the answer is NO because it is passed their return policy, understood! I called New Balance customer service and they gave me a gift certificate which was worth more than what the shoes cost. LESSON: I WILL ONLY BUY SHOES DIRECTLY FROM ITS OWN COMPANY AND NOT FROM A THIRD PARTY STORES LIKE FOOTLOCKER!!!!

The stars belong to Mr. Dean, the exceptional sales and marketing communication representative! His outstanding communication and service have made a lasting impression on me, my family, and friends. Watching him work is truly breathtaking; he engages with customers side-by-side, making everyone feel valued.

When my family and I walked in, we were greeted immediately, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we've ever had. During our time with him, we not only learned about shoes but also shared stories about our families. Even after five years, we've built a strong relationship founded on excellent communication. Dean deserves five stars from me and my five kids. We are grateful for his service and will miss him dearly.

It's a shame to see Foot Locker closing, but let it be known that one of the key reasons for its loyal clientele was Dean's incredible attitude and customer service. Thank you, Dean!

Footlocker is a fraudulently run business

I ordered a pair of Timberland boots which was approved through affirm and not only did footlocker not process the order but they haven’t released my first payment back to affirm to refund my money. Footlocker is a joke and fraudulently run business. I would prefer to have not given them any stars.

Footlocker is a joke.…

The fact that they allow you to pick your shoe size hours before a shoe release even opens up to buy,,, is a joke. They don't even mention this at all. Why not tell people.." Hey, here's the release
time. But hours before the launch you can put your order in and just sit there for two hours waiting to hit the buy button". This site and this company over all is company is pathetic joke. I will not waste another dime at your stores ever again.

Lots of options

There’s always a ton of options online or in store for women, men or kids, and I love that they price match other stores in the mall. The flx profile is super helpful when I shop for shoes because it keeps my transactions saved on the app, no need to keep receipts because they do it for you. Footlocker is excellent for shoe shopping, I will buy again

Horrible Customer Service

Foot Locker has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff at store were extremely rude and not interested in answering any questions or helping. Not to mention, their exchange policy sucks! If you intend on returning a shoe that does not fit, make sure you NEVER try them on! If you barely touch it they will say "it's used" and not let you exchange them.

Horrible Customer Standards and Customer Service

I put in an order and as usual one or more of the items purchased get cancelled. I'm not sure why or how maybe they need a better inventory system.
When i finally receive my order, the items that didn't get cancelled I open the box to find that i have received ONE Right Shoe!! I open the second box and find TWO LEFT Shoes!! Different sizes too. Also in that box was a customer return receipt from Quebec. Great, just wonderful! Obviously their return center is not checking their returns and sending them out to new purchasing customers!!!
I send an email to customer service, they finally contact me back and then go MIA, nothing resolved, nothing. I then spend over an hour the phone with customer service and they do not do anything to make it right. Now I need to go out of my way to drop off their mistake at a courier location. This is the poorest customer service I have received in my lifetime!! I don't normally give bad reviews but THIS was warranted!! Absolutely horrible experience!! They were unconcerned and very insensitive to my situation and the imposition the put me in. Awful

Terrible Manager

Unfriendly, rude managers that are lazy and can’t be bothered to do their jobs so they put it onto the part timers who are obviously stressed out. I can’t imagine working in an environment like that. Experienced a female manager at Yorkdale mall in Toronto today who was so unhelpful and dismissive. When another staff member said I could have $10 off due to the damage on the shoe, (it was the last pair) she said to me "Who told you that?", I said another gentleman and she said "He's a part timer so no"… like what. And then after some back and forth she agreed to $10 but final sale. I said no thanks and she didn't even offer to place an order online where other stores had stock too, instead another checkout lady helped me with that who was much nicer (presumably a young part timer too). The whole time her attitude sucked and she didn't even look me in the eye like a decent human being. Some action should be taken as this is completely unacceptable.

No star for footlocker.ca

Zero star for footlocker.ca! first time buyer, bought 4 pair of shoes never recevied and they refused my claim said I had high claimed activity, what a xxxxing lier! I've never claimed anything in my life, wish i have more time to make more reviews of this horrible experience, their customer care department are full of lazy workers not doing their job, do not buy from this store and you have been warned! If you have same experience just report to your credit card and file dispute! Thanks for a member from a long reddit lighting me up there a long thread discussed how bad they are, the lady from credit card dispute department told me this company did it so many times very bad credit company.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a pair of slippers from their website. Nowhere does it mention the shipping method. or that a PO box could be a problem, so I used my PO box. Well, of course, they ship it UPS.

I reach out to customer service to ask them to update the address to my physical address. They tell me they can't choose the shipping method (lame attempt to claim it's not their fault), and that they can not update the address. That is a lie - which UPS confirmed when they suggested I have Foot Locker update the address with them to avoid any expense to myself.

The Foot Locker customer rep's suggestion? He suggests that I create a UPS account, and have them hold the shipment at one of their locations. The nearest one is an 80km round trip for me. Sure, I'm going to pay Foot Locker to ship, so that I can then travel 80km on my dime and my time. When I point that out to them, the rep stops responding to my emails.

Foot Locker offers NOTHING that I can't get from a competitor. I will never buy from Foot Locker again, and I suggest that you don't either.

This is the second time I’ve ordered…

This is the second time I’ve ordered online. Thought I would have learned the first time. Both time my order went through they charged my card. Then they said they had to cancel my order. Money went through but never got my money back. Both times. Be careful with footlocker.

Ordered with a gift card and order was canceled

Ordered some shoes and then they let it go through, they were sold out and now they claim they will refund me. I’m pissed off because I ordered these thinking I had em. Now all of a sudden you guys are sold out? Cool. Things happen—But I used a gift card that I do not have anymore. Now I got to go through hell to ask them to provide a new gift card since I threw the original card away because I assumed they was going to honor it. The app is horrible and unless you are going to pick up the shoes, you will not win the raffle when it comes to “ship to me”. I also believe they send fake shoes because the boxes are damaged 80% of the time when they arrive and all when they come. Do not order from this company. I hate the fact that they merged with Champs because I never had any issues with Champs at all. I have so many points and their FLX program is useless as well. App always freezes even when there is not a release for a big name shoe brand. They do not care!

Do not purchase from this Company

As I write this review I am still shaking in frustration. I ordered a pair of Jordan's for my 14 year old autistic son. Do you know how much an autistic teen fixates on something like this? I received the shoes, they did not fit, we repackaged the shoes exactly as they were, and took them to ups. When I had tried to do the exchange online I received a prepaid ups label. I called 2 days later as I had heard nothing. The agent said the shoes had arrived at the return center but I should not have used the label. The one they sent me. I waited 3 more days. Still nothing. I contacted customer service again and could not get anyone even in the chat. Two more days have passed and the same shoes came to my door saying they were used and could not be returned? Literally tried them on and repackaged. I will never buy from this company again. Forget their b.s. slogan about won't fit, we will make it right. They put up barriers to get to customer service, leave you in the dark and then screw you over in the end. So angry that my son had to go through all this. Footlocker you should be ashamed.

Do NOT order shoes from Footlocker

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes but only 1 pair was delivered. Over the course of 2.5 months I had to go back and forth many times with Customer Service and the store that allegedly had these shoes. The games are being played so no one has to refund the cost of the shoes. Learn from my mistake and save yourself the headache. AVOID this vendor.

$6.99 FOR "RETURN ADJUSTMENT"?! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

I ordered Jordan 6 Rings from their online store but even though I ordered the correct size, it was difficult for me to put both my feet in. It definitely was a design flaw. When I returned them back, I was surprised that they charged me $6.99 for "RETURN ADJUSTMENT"! Never it was stated on their website that they will charge you once you return back the item to them. That will be my first and last transaction with them. I highly recommend that you buy from the official brand stores like Nike instead of Footlocker if you don't want to be conned.

I recently ordered a pair of Air Jordan…

I recently ordered a pair of Air Jordan 3 Retros in the navy. I was super excited to get them as they are a bit of nostalgia from my youth playing basketball. I ordered them for an event so I was on a bit of a timeline and could not return if anything were to go wrong. So the situation is my shoes arrived with a damaged box as well as they appear to have been worn possibly or most likely in the store. There is a break in the toe dirty laces and marks all over the bottoms of the shoe. I tried to contact Foot Locker Canada customer service and they offered me no help whatsoever. When you order a pair of shoes online you do expect to get brand new. These shoes are not brand new and I'm quite disappointed by the whole experience. I will be hard-pressed to order from Footlocker again online. Be wary as you could be sent shoes that have been worn before. Very disappointed with Foot Locker Canada customer service not even to offer any sorts of help or possible future discount on a new pair of shoes to keep me being a customer. Very sad experience.
