Appalling. Returned my trainers to a DPD service point as instructed and DHL did not offer a proof of postage - said you would receive email or text message which I did not. DHL confirmed it had been scanned and Foot Locker confirmed it was at a service point yet would not issue the refund. Absolute con, someone’s walking around with a free pair of trainers at my expense. Never ordering off them again.

The experience that I got from foot locker is worst. I bought a pair of running shoe for my competition. I waited it for 2 weeks but it didn't arrive. I sent an email about my shoes but they said it will take 5 working days and after that they said that the item has been sent back to them. And they said they cant deliver it again and they said they will refund me back. The refund will take 14 days to process. I am not happy with their service because they could not deliver my stuff and now they are saying it will take 14 days for me to get refund. So, i have to wait more than 14 days to get my money back. This company must be fraud so i recommend not to buy any thing from this company. I rate 0 to this company. One of the worst experience that i have in my life.

Ordered my trainers on Saturday got them today on Weds, had email notifications from FL. Then from DHL who delivered my trainers on time. Was worried as I read the reviews after I'd brought the Trainers.
Glad to say that I had no problems an will use the company again.

I bought 4 pair of shoes on the italian website. got only 1 pair delivered, and Customer service refuses to pay back or send. I regularly buy online from various companies, first time I got that. I would have never imagined such a big company could be so little attentive to its customers, it looks like a scam.
Fast delivery no problems
Ordered some Nike dunks received a order confirmation straight away, order was then dispatched two days later and arrived the following day, no problems with my order what so ever, I will re purchase from this website 5star
NOT A SCAM
After reading all the reviews I began to think I'd been scammed. This deepened when the courier reschedule and I couldn't track order. The next day it was due for delivery, once again I couldn't track and it was getting late, and I was worried. Finally at nearly 9pm my trainers turned up!! I was so relieved that this company is not a scam and I got my order. Ordered on a Friday, arrived on following Wednesday 🙌

Sent me a different size shoe than what was ordered. Asked if I could have the correct size sent to me was told no but could re-order for double the price!
Customer service told me although the warehouse has made the mistake it was now my problem not Footlockers. Will never use this company again!
Disappointing experience
Horrible service by footlocker. They only sent me the right side of the Stan smith and after multiple follow up and chasing after my event was over that week I got the left pair,
I returned this and other air Jordan I had ordered, but they only refunded me for the Stan smith, I am still chasing them daily for the refund of the other shoe. Such horrible service and no contact number to call.
How can a company not have any contact numbers and only depend on virtual chats.
Now they have confirmed they will not refund me.
Who lost the shoes the courier or them I don’t know but this is not done.

If I could give zero stars I would do so.
I ordered two items but for some weird reason it separated the items so on my bank statement it showed two payments which is fine by Footlocker Europe. I then was informed to collect my order from the store in Birmingham Bull Ring (Wednesday 8th May)
The manager in store explained only one item here and the other item you should get notified again shortly. Whilst I was in the store I was charged again by Freedom Sportsline LTD which apparently is one of their partners for the same price as one of my items which was £29.99. I informed the manager showing proof of being overcharged and they said this happens and they can’t deal with this in the store. I have been given the email to contact about the matter and I am receiving is a ticket number and will be dealt with shortly and write your reply but when I do, I keep getting the same response, ticket number and reply. They are not answering my emails so I will keep writing on here until they sort out my issue. I will also be returning my stuff as I do not want to support a company that think mistakes like this is ok. I will get the same stuff from elsewhere. People in this day and age do not have loads of money to be charged twice and think it’s ok to take their time to respond and just say sorry

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered shorts for my husband, shown as in stock. One week later not even shipped yet should have arrived. Contacted customer services who said their website sometimes can’t keep up with orders and stock, so the item might be out of stock. However the item was still showing as in stock to order. 5 days later order cancelled by Footlocker as no stock, yet still the item is available to order. Now got to wait 6 days for a refund, looking at reviews I’m not alone in this. Disgraceful way to operate as a company

I would not recommend. I placed a order this had been delivered else where I had contacted customer support they advised they would give a refund they asked me to to complete a form whitch I did they kept saying it was completed incorrect they made me send this back and forth in the end they changed there mind and siad they will not give me a refund. I have now not received my item and waisted over £200 ponds I would avoid unless you want to be robbed
