My experience is very different to others here, I placed an order on 25/05/25 and received delivery today (28/05/25). Great email communication and also a text on the delivery date confirming the details. I would definitely order again, no issues or problems.
Avoid footlocker merryhill
The female manager there is a right piece of work very disrespectful talks to you like she trod in you. Dose not want to deal with any complaints or issues with your product. She is a very hateful person that obviously likes her little power trips. My advice avoid this store and footlocker as there customer service is just as bad !! There has been a post on fb about this manager and so far is at 1000 comments!!
No issues, quick delivery
My experience seems to be vastly different to many other reviews so i’m leaving my experience here. Literally zero issues at all. Ordered late on May 15th, shoes at my door on the afternoon of May 20th. No issues at all, and got the shoes at a nice discounted price. No complaints from me and as of right now i would use footlocker again.
Avoid using Footlocker, so many better alternatives!
Was given a gift voucher for my birthday. Bought two pairs of shoes and both were cancelled. Tried again and same happend again so tried a fifth time, all with different shoes that showed to be in stock and again cancelled. They now haven't refunded me and they have turned off their telephone customer service.
Very poor indeed. Left a angry report on their social media and no reply on those so for size of company seem to be poor. 😡

I hadn't cancelled anything. Contacted them via email and they confirmed they didn't actually have any of these trainers in stock. So, lying about who cancelled the order and selling trainers they don't actually have. Thanks for draining 3 days out of my life footlocker !! I'll just wait 10 DAYS for my refund shall I !!?? Please AVOID these clowns.

The label to return doesn’t work in shops, and now i am stuck with 2 pair of shoes.They don’t reply to emails. I would avoid buying anything from here!!!! SHOCKING COMPANY!
Customer service is downright rank
Pathetic. I had two requests: 1-to add some points to my FLX account and 2- to request a minor discount due to receiving some damaged shoes.
Issue no 1: The customer service asked for some proof of my purchase which I have sent 5 times and they keep asking me why I haven’t sent it!!! I can see the attachments in the email history. Unbelievable for such a small request.
Issue 2: I received some shoes that were marked but I was willing to keep them if I could receive a discount as a gesture of goodwill. Also I don’t live anywhere near a DHL parcel return shop or a Foot Locker store, so it significantly inconveniences me having to return the shoes. It’s like banging your head against a brick wall. The questions I asked were not answered. Instead, I received answers to a completely separate set of questions. Honestly, it’s a farce.
The phone lines and live chat functions are not working at present so you need to communicate via email. I can only describe it as like messaging a group of toddlers who have zero idea about communication and appeasing the customer. Frustrating in the extreme.
Last time I order from these clowns.
Seriously, go elsewhere for your sneakers. You have been warned.
Avoid – Non-Delivery and Ridiculous Refund Delay
Ordered from Foot Locker Europe, but Redur never delivered my package. No attempt was made, and now I’ve been told it will take over a month and a half to get my refund. How is that acceptable when the courier is at fault?
Redur is unreliable, and Foot Locker should take responsibility for using them. Terrible service—think twice before ordering unless you’re happy to wait endlessly for a refund on something you never received.

Nobody called me:) I contacted the customer service and they kindly advised to talk to my neighbours and housemates:) like what?! 30+ people are living in this house whom i dont even know, NOT A SINGLE COURIER CAN DROP off a package to another people without the buyers consent. Ordering process got cancelled due to their system issue, and after multiple follow up with support, the price of the item went higher and I can no longer for the same amount.
This was raised again, and was told that they could not do anything.

Holland so if you’re in the UK don’t expect your order to take less than a week and returns, 14 days for a refund. Customer service line was terrible as well. Just condescending agents. avoid if you don’t want a headache

Made a order on the 19/12/24 for a tracksuit received jacket part on the 27th then joggers shipped separately kept saying out for delivery and made delivery attempts which they did not I was in waiting at the times they said and also have cctv so was not even attempted delivery. After the "3rd delivery fail" notification stating at sorting deport I requested it to be delivered to local collection shop and still again delivery failed after contacting on 29th they told me the delivery was returned to store so I had half a tracksuit and still waiting for a refund for the failed delivery joggers order , customer service was no help just simply tried to put the blame on me for missing the delivery which I stayed home and waited for one 3 occasions and then just told me to wait 2weeks for refund, will not be ordering from this store again for failure and then blaming me

I bought 2 pair of shoes by Apple Pay, they cancelled my order without any reason, I contact customer service and they just replied by some rubbish’s template. Told you to buy again online if the stock still available and pay by full price. What is ridiculous customer service.

Ordered Monday 25th arrived Friday 29th which is as described for delivery. DHL sent. I contacted customer service about the progress of the order the next day after ordering bc the reviews were terrible and they replied next day, I’ll order again and leave another review.

What an absolute joke this company is. I placed an order before I went on holiday, it didn’t come before so while I was away it was delivered a couple days after. Just left on my front door apparently near a busy path/road. I had about 12 days left of my holiday abroad. I get home and it’s not there. I then emailed footlocker numerous times. I emailed DHL which they admitted it was their fault but footlocker will not redeliver or refund me. It’s clear as day but not with them. They have said no and that’s it!! I can’t even appeal. Case closed so I’ve basically been robbed and they will not help me at all.absolute terrible customer service. Do not order from these thieves!!😡

Impossible to return the wrong item they sent
I ordered a shoe in my size (of course) and I received one in 2 sizes smaller. It took me 3 weeks and multiple emails to discuss how can I send back with the carrier company, but nothing worked and usually no one read my emails about the problems, I just received standard automatic messages. One time I was even sent to a pickup point 2000kms away from my location. At the end I finally received a tracking number which I could use but I hasn't received the documents for the pickup and the driver came 2 times for nothing. So I gave up and I'll try to sell the shoe, and buy one in my size somewhere else, because I'm done with this webshop. 3 weeks for nothing :D "Stress free refund and return", sure... Thanks.
