Very disappointed by their customer service (served by manager letten) and I will never use again. This is about exchange within 24 hours . They first took good 20 minutes to say they don’t have required size which they offered just yesterday. Then I opted for a different shoe, a little cheaper but almost same style and they refused the exchange and said the shoes have been worn. I said I only tried at home and did not wear them outside but there was a little stain which can happen anywhere when you try the shoes. Honestly if they were very clean they could find another reason to refuse cause I very doubt their honesty. So i will not recommend them to friends. First time ever I have problem to exchange or return something within the last 20 years and it’s with footlocker eu Manchester arndale. You decide for your self.i was served by letten. I send photos of the shoes if needed. The customer service is shocking.
Just terrible
Just terrible. To get a refund from them is extremely difficult. I have purchased a pair of runners that were a bit too small. Sent it back and now I have to fight to get my money back as they are asking the same questions sending me from department to department and no real solution even though I have a proof of the return. I would NOT recommend to spend your money there, very very bad customer service.
20 days and still waiting for any contact to deliver the parcel
Made a purchase 20 days ago, and it had a 3-5 days delivery. The courier company is one of the worst in Spain, Redur, they didn't delivered the parcel nor pick up the phone. I contacted Footlocker 12 days ago, after 2 they requested a new contact phone number to be sent to the courier, even though I had provided that information to them in my initial contact. After 20 days, the courier still hasn't called to schedule the delivery nor they pick up the phone. Footlocker ignored any claims that the parcel missed a kid's birthday, that the courier wasn't picking up the phone, and that they missed the deadline. Shameful experience with them.
Shoes lost because of wrong shipping slip, no refund
I had to return shoes because they didn't fit. Footlocker gave me a return slip expressly said (even on the slip) to be put on the OUTSIDE of the box. Well, apparently it wasn't, so the post office took it but then could not process it further, and it's lost. Footlocker refuses to send a refund or new shoes, because I "don't have proof of a return", despite me showing a photo of the package at the post office. They say it hasn't been scanned, so there's no proof. IT HASN'T BEEN SCANNED BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME A WORTHLESS SLIP.
$200 down the drain.
Stay away from them.
In fact, I think I'm never buying shoes online again after this.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong item, won’t send the correct item and want me to return the incorrect item at my own cost and time and then wait for a refund. How can I trust them to process a refund when they can’t even put a pair of shoes in a box?

Worst experience ever I’ve ordered from foot locker about 5 times total and there online service is shocking, they use DHL as a delivery service which dhl are terrible and known to lose parcel I ordered a pair of asics they came the other day with the parcel box wide open and the shoe box damaged absolutely terrible and I’ll never buy from foot locker again
Terrible customer service – never ordering from Foot Locker again
I ordered a pair of shoes worth £135 and was told delivery would take 2–5 working days. Instead, the parcel was stuck at the DHL depot for over 2 weeks with no updates or movement. I contacted both DHL and Foot Locker multiple times, but neither took any real responsibility or offered a proper explanation.
By the time the shoes were finally delivered — almost 3 weeks later — it was too late. The item was meant to be a gift, and I had already bought an alternative from elsewhere. What’s worse is that Foot Locker didn’t even offer an apology, compensation, or any acknowledgment of the delay.
For a company of this size, their customer service is absolutely awful. I’ve never experienced such poor handling of an order, and I won’t be shopping here again. Avoid if you expect reliable delivery or any kind of decent customer support.
Shop elsewhere
Awful experience with Footlocker Europe. Refused to cancel my order as it was packed? 6 days later got a “we packed your order” notification. I contacted customer services several times with no help. Explained I’m house bound with no printer access but they insisted on sending me a printable return label.

Wrong size sent, bad customer service
The wrong size trainer was sent to me and now out of stock so can't reorder. Rang customer services and gave me a standard response that it was a mistake and id have to return. I wanted an exchange to my size and this wasn't possible and now the trainer has fully sold out. First and last time using Foot Locker.
