DHL lost my 170 pound trainers…

DHL lost my 170 pound trainers deliveried to the wrong address and footlocker Europe will not refund me my money. This company has the worst customer service out
Of any retailer I have used avoid like the plague!!!

My experience was very good

I placed an order with FL, then read the reviews, and had very low expectations! However my experience has been excellent. Order was delivered quickly, and the communications and updates between FL and delivery company very good too.

Worst experience ever

I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Worst shop ever.
Bought runners back in November and had to return them due to an air bubble going flat for no reason in less than 3 months. Got a pair of asics of them as a replacement and had to bring these back within 8 weeks due to the material falling apart. Ordered a different pair of asics in the pavillions shop and got them to get them delivered to the shop as I needed to make sure they fitted me as they didn't have my size in the shop on the day. My runners where delivered to the shop on Monday, 8 days after ordering them. Arrived to the shop to find it closed and no one around to get my runners off. Contacted footlocker on webchat and still no runners, they have opened a ticket to locate the runners and sort out a collection for me but have not heard anything back from them.
Worst shop and service ever. I can honestly say I will NEVER shop there again.

Never buying online again

Went in store had no sizes so ordered online..they came damaged it’s now to close to my holiday to mess about so I Ither take them or take none..the chat app was no help..tried fobbing me off with £15 off my NEXT PURCHASE..shove it

After 42 days with my money they cancelled my order

I purchased one item that was available in my size, footlocker took my money and 42 days after i received one email saying that my order was cancel because the items was out of stock.

So after 42 days of waiting and without my money and decided to cancel my order without any logical reason.

Avoid it at all costs

Scammers Do not order

Really I should put no stars. This website trick me for Focker locker. I order twice and did not receive none of my items. I contact them on webcam explain all the necessary information I get no where..THIS WEBSITE ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT OREDR FROM FOOT LOCKER EUROPE

Don't order from them!

Ordered a pair of converse for my self which I had been looking for, for a while they came in the incorrect size I was unable to speak to anyone in customer service just a bot that requested I order again once again they came in the incorrect size. Customer service did finally email to say yes you guessed it order again. 3 days later they then email to say dont order for another 10 days because we are having an IT issue but then you will be able to order again and rectify our incompetence. Shocking service

Poor...shouldn't be able to order…

Poor...shouldn't be able to order something that is not in stock. Took 4 days for them to tell me it was no longer in stock and cancelled my order.
Refunded money quickly but seems like they cannot manage their website/stock as seems to be a common problem. Won't bother ordering again

Ordered pair of Nike sneakers

Ordered pair of Nike sneakers. They arrived fast, but there was a defect on one of the shoes. Very disappointed, as I wanted them so badly. The process of return online seems a bit complicated. So brought them to the shop and they gave me the money back, no problem.

Very Good Experience, Highly Recommend

I was shocked reading the reviews here about Foot Locker Eu! I've just ordered with them and had a great experience. The order arrived quickly, the right item was delivered. Very good communication all the time until DHL delivered the order. It turned out I ordered the wrong size and had to return and repurchase the correct size - no problem at all! The right item delivered quickly the second time and the refund came one week after I dropped off the parcel for return. Overall very good experience and highly recommend this store!

Unbeatable sneaker collection

I recently visited Foot Locker, and I was blown away by their collection of sneakers. They had all the latest styles and brands, and the staff were very knowledgeable about the products. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I would highly recommend Foot Locker to anyone looking for new sneakers.

Ok ordered a pair of nike Jordans…

Ok ordered a pair of nike Jordans online as they don't stock them in there retail shops yes I will admit you can't get hold of them in person by email but they arrived in good time undamaged delivery box perfect shoes perfect size and description even DHL person was polite ask confirmation too see if delivered right address would given 5 stars if get to emailed real person maybe because there busy busy anyway happy customer will shop again 👍👍

Genuinely the worst

Genuinely the worst, rudest most arrogant and ill informed customer service going.

Lost a parcel and asked me if I just forgot it had arrived. When it was finally located in the bush the delivery man threw it in to. The items were dreadful. Clearly tell you they won't take responsibility for their own couriers losing your returns - and when asked how and where I will receive tracking and proof of my return using the free label - had no idea what company they even used! Our first and last time ever using this ridiculous company. Stuck with a piece of crap now just to not give the satisfaction of "losing" our return.
