Worst online service ever ordered pair…

Worst online service ever ordered pair of trainers ordered size 9, and they sent size 9 1/2 , returned trainers with tracked delivery, not had conformation of footlocker but ups said package has been returned, not has refund , tried to email them and Chat online to no avail, shocking customer service I will never use this company again .

How do you solve a problem like Mariya

Had a problem with an invoice talked to a customer service agent named Mariya she could not have been less helpful would only try one way to solve my problem spent 40 minutes trying to explain about a wrong email address but said that’s the only way I can trace it which is not true can be traced by shipping address Mariya then asked me to send her my bank statement with all my personal details on obviously I refused Mariya then kept saying about sorry I can’t help you I told her a different agent had traced my details previously by address and name but still would not try She left me frustrated and angry and again asked me to send bank statements I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager again she said there is no one or link to her superiors,I do not think this is true I have now emailed head office as I hope Foot Locker will look into this and the service I was given Mariya the customer service agent I will think twice now before I use Foot Locker again and have closed my account Hope to hear from Foot Locker soon

Would give 0 stars if I could, they failed to deliver my order and then refused to give me a refund until the order was returned- how can I return an item I had never received, customer service awful and replied with same unhelpful message every time

Don't understand all the bad reviews

I ordered a Nike crewneck and it was on sale to £35. Apart from the website being a bit slow everything went great - it got here 2 or 3 days after I ordered it (for a 2-6 day delivery) with a return label printed in case I didn't like the item. The crewneck was perfect and I don't understand all the bad reviews.

Placed an order and needed to cancel

Placed an order and needed to cancel, contacted footlocker well within their 1 hour time frame as per their website policy. Did not hear back and when I reached out again I was met with rude responses from an employee called “Vanda” who imitated / mocked my message instead of replying professionally. Another colleague called “Joao F” was also very unhelpful and closed the chat despite being aware I contacted footlocker within the required timeframe.

To summarise, footlocker do not abide by their own website policies and then result to blaming the customer and mocking them when they ask for further help.

For me is totally fine

Personally I do not have a bad experience like others. The ordered shoes/shirts etc are always in good condition, delivery is (at least to Hungary) quick and excellent. I had only one time the case when I need to return item but everything went also without any issue.

Avoid at all costs

Exactly the same as so many reviews.
Ordered a pair Jordan 1 Retro High OG - Pre School Shoes for my daughters 8th birthday with a 2-6 day delivery and the money taken straight away, recieved an email a few hours later saying another email will be sent with track and trace info and then 4/5 days later another email stating my order has been cancelled as they are no longer in stock, absolutely ridiculous and I genuinely feel this company is advertising goods with no intention to supply and taking peoples money and keeping for it a week, something needs to be done about this and trading standards get involved. My daughter is so upset it really is not on.
I will never use this company and advise everyone to avoid unless you like lending people money for a week for no good reason!

Please do NOT order from footlockers…

Please do NOT order from footlockers website. They are a scam. I ordered Jordons from their website for my sister’s birthday present. They let me down last minute, firstly claiming they had the trainers in stock. They then took the money out my account and then decided to email me saying they are out of stock. Absolute let down. Surely they knew this 5 days ago when I placed the order. Please read all the trust advisor reviews, I wish I read them first.

1 STAR IS TOO MUCH! SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS

Bad customer service been 17 days since i sent my refund
Not even been issued a refund
Online support says they are going to issue me a refund and get back to me with a follow up email, completely nothing
I tell them my order number, and my order mysteriously now "doesnt exist"
I even told them my tracking number for my return, all I get it "wrong tracking number"
BLATANT LIES. FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I will have to claim a dispute with my bank and take legal action against this fraudulent company.

Totally rubbish service by footlocker
Been return yeezy 350 over month and they delivered on time still i haven’t receive any refund from them when i try to contact them they don't care to reply me back
And even they don’t have any helpline number as well
We have to wait in queue for 15 minute and when over turn come they just only said to me that wait till extra 10 day our investigation in under process

Awful company

Awful company. Whilst ordering and delivery of items was not an issue, returning them for a full refund was.

I returned both pairs of trainers as brand new, they received them back via the UPS tracking and confirmed they got them.

They then reported technical issues with issuing a refund, its been ongoing for weeks.

There is zero customer service, you can only contact via chat, and have to go over the same issue every time.

No-one takes ownership, no one cares, no one follows through with any promises!!

Awfully run business! stay well away!

Ordered multiple items beginning of…

Ordered multiple items beginning of April. It's now 30 days since the order and payment was processed. Not yet received all the shoes, still waiting on 3 pairs which were a gift for the kids of a good friend. Never received any communication or update regarding my order. Company should be ashamed with having such a costumer service. Never again will I order from them. Thank God there are serious online retailers out there that value their costumers (Nike, JD, Snipes and more). Good riddance Foot Locker, you are no longer the only player in the game.
