Disgusting service

I spent this weekend gone in Lancashire, while I was there I popped into the Trafford Centre Manchester store. As I was interested in purchasing a pair of Nike Jordan 1 trainers. All I received was rude, obnoxious, and showed a lack of interest service. It got to point whereby the sales agent was disrespectful and answering back in cheeky. After experiencing this horrendous service, I had come to the conclusion I would my 20 year association with footlocker. I have been shopping at footlocker since its doors opened on Northumberland Street, Newcastle in the early 2000's.

No issues at all with order

Recently ordered Nike Tech items, which are sold out everywhere, for sizes looking for.
Ordered on Footlocker Europe
Both sent out (separate orders ) and delivered within a few days by UPS.
No issues with any of the items of delivery and time frame.
Items well packaged and exactly as ordered
Would use again as prompt and hassle free ordering and delivery

I bought a pair of nike trainers from…

I bought a pair of nike trainers from footlocker manchester and after two months and only wear them no more than 20 times for just walking and casual wear one deflated
due to lock down could not return after 6months of emails photos and crap basically from footlocker they said there not faulty (not even looked at them ) and wont replace
footlocker you are a disgrace and i urge people dont shop there
the Leeds shop manageress or i think it was a women
was rude and looked like a a dressed up pig

MAKE SURE THEY CREDIT YOUR FLX POINTS AT CHECKOUT …

I have recently shopped quite a lot in The Foot Locker Shop in Oxford Street London. The Staff are generally helpful and friendly but it is pot luck. Some of The Staff clearly give you the impression that they really don't want to be there. I would CLEARLY ADVISE Customers to ensure that The Cashier scans your Barcode for FLX POINTS. Another way Foot Locker can enter your account is to give them your registered email address. MAKE SURE that they enter the details when you pay because if you are trying to get points credited once you leave The Shop, it is a NIGHTMARE. The Customer Services that Foot Locker Offer is NON EXISTENT. If you ring their number you get a clear message that they DO NOT ACCEPT CALLS. They advise you to contact them via their Website. You get a STUPID AUTOMATED BOT and this, is not helpful. Trying to get points added to my ACCOUNT has been a nightmare. Foot Locker, however does not see this as a problem.

No trainers sent and money stolen

Spent £99.99 on Nike trainers on 2/1/22.Said posted via ups. Tracking shows label created but no trainers ever posted. Every time i ask a question i get stonewalled and told the trainers appear to be lost. I get that after the 1st email. I dont need the same response 15 emails later. Refuse to send me a replacement pair even though they no the others are missing. Stole my money and right now have no intentions of giving it back. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Ordered an item for my son as it was a good price on the website. Few days later it’s not available and refund given…..could have at least given a discount for future purchase as a goodwill gesture. Won’t be ordering from again

Nothing truely in stock

Nothing truely in stock. I made orders for over 8 items at Christmas. 5 days later and only a couple days before Christmas, footlocker cancelled 6 of my items saying they weren’t in stock and delivered the remaining 2 items. They have also not issued me a refund and I have now been left chasing them down for my money. To add to this shambles I just received their “sale” newsletter to which everything seems to say in stock in my size until you actually try and add the product to the basket and amazingly nothing is in stock. The website is worse than their stores who never order more than 1 pair of anything higher than size 11 (their own staff will tell you this). This company doesn’t really care about providing a good shopping experience for people who spend on shoes. It’s profit or p*ss off. After 20 years I’m finally saying footlocker will never got my money again. I have no loyalty to any company especially when they clearly do not care about the way they deliver their services. I hope they go bust!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My sons Christmas present was apparently tried to be delivered, we were all in and now nor DHL or Footlocker know where the trainers are! My son now doesn’t have his Christmas present and foot locker use chat bots and I can’t speak to a human! Thanks foot locker for ruining my sons Christmas morning!

Mismatched and missing

2 orders online first order I received 1 size 6 (left) and 1 size 5.5 (right) I then reorder and received 1 size 6 (left) so could not even make a pair. Due to the delays in internal correspondence shoe's went out of stock. Apparently a 20‰ discount code which leaves you in a worse financial position given the price of the next available shoe in size is adequate compensation. Will never use again

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Returned item received by their warehouse over 3 weeks ago and no confirmation of receipt or refund. Had to waste 2 hours of my life waiting in an online chat queue that kept going up, not down. Started at position 26, ended at 36! Tried again and took hours to get through to an actual human, how many people work there for Christ sake? 6? Avoid at all costs.

Poor Service

. This order was placed last week 18-12-21, still no joy of news of receiving if I was aware of this slow service I would of gone to the shops to purchase.
No updates not contact number poor service.
Never will I buy from this company never. After receiving my items today 22nd December if this could not get worse my top ordered had a stain on it
this is a lesson for me to buy from store as you can take back and get changed now I have to have a big communication with emails wait weeks to get a replacement as there is no customer service phone number. so basically a waste of money just before Christmas. JDs next time for me as you can deal with a human face face.

*AVOID* absolute fraud of a company

I made a purchase on 22/11/2021, this some how turned into 2 transactions. The first (a jumper) arrived within a couple of days, the second (2 pairs of trainers) didn't arrive... Trainers alone were £130. Tracking still reported shipped but no tracking number. I contacted the company numerous time using the "chat service". This was a waste of time as always resulted in needing to email the company, this service was just as poor. I then put in a dispute for my money back which I'm still waiting to hear about. In the end I went to my bank to put in a dispute that way. Turns out thankfully I paid through PayPal and have now received a refund through them within 5 hours of raising a dispute. This company are fraudulent, they will send out the minimum order and keep the rest of your payment. Their customer service are an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs... I'm now having to find trainers at short notice for my sons Christmas, no thanks to this company!

Absolutely abysmal customer service

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Ordered 2 items, 1 delivered, 1 supposed to be delivered 29/11.
The tracking number doesn’t do anything and I haven’t had any update on the order since, despite sending numerous emails and waiting hours only to be disconnected from their online chat 4 times. There is no phone number to contact them, so the only option for a refund is to raise a PayPal dispute.

Appalling service.

Your company's customer support is…

Your company's customer support is atrocious! The fact you dont have a phone line is terrible! I have sent atleast 7 emails per day for over a week about a missing parcel which has been confirmed stolen by the courier yet you still cant reply! Your web chat service is a joke waited 2hrs in a queue (3 times) to be disconnected! I would never recommend footlocker to anyone, infact I will tell people to avoid!!!! Look forward to your useless reply from your useless customer support!!

Order Not Received Since the 7th November

I placed an order online back on the 7th November and still haven't received my order! I keep getting disconnected on the Live Chat and highly doubt I will receive a response from the email I sent. I tried the Customer Service number but of course the line is closed! What type of company is this?!

At this point I just want a full refund and I won't be dealing with this company again.

Hope to hear back from you urgently.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. I had problems at checkout ordering a pair of Nike trainers as it would not apply the discount promo code. On checking my account two separate amounts are earmarked to be debited. I have tried without success to email which are all returned undelivered. I did a live bot chat where apparently a ticket will be raised and an agent will contact me. Still waiting to hear. The phone line is a discontinued number.nothing as yet has been dispatched either. Scandalous company!!! Should be refused to trade.

Placed an order on Cyber Monday they…

Placed an order on Cyber Monday they Charged my PayPal and now they have no knowledge of my order what so ever. Shambles of a company never using them again. I will go through PayPal to get my money back. Customer service was as helpful as a chocolate teapot!!!!!
