Efficient

I am very happy with my purchase. The shoes arrived quickly and were well packaged. They look exactly like the pictures on the website and the size fits perfectly. They are comfortable to wear and the quality seems very good. I would definitely recommend this product and order again from this website.

I returned a pair of trainers through…

I returned a pair of trainers through Footpatrol’s own Evri returns process after THEY sent me the wrong size. Weeks later, after constantly chasing for updates, they suddenly accused me of returning the wrong item and refused my refund.

No proper evidence was ever provided. No parcel weight records, no investigation details, no proof of what was supposedly received — just vague accusations and copy-and-paste responses. They even claimed the “incorrect item” would be returned to me within 5 working days, yet nothing ever arrived and no tracking was provided.

Communication completely stopped once I challenged them and asked for actual evidence. I’ve now been forced into a bank dispute just to try and recover my money.

To make matters worse, the evidence pack sent during the dispute process even appeared to contain incorrect/unrelated information, which seriously undermines confidence in how they handle customer data and investigations.

Absolutely shocking customer service, terrible returns handling, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise anyone buying expensive or limited-release trainers from Footpatrol to be extremely careful if you ever need to return something.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the postal code provided for my order. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with both the courier service and Footpatrol, it could not be corrected, and the parcel was returned.

More than a month later, I am still waiting for my refund. I find this level of service highly disappointing and unacceptable. I would appreciate an immediate resolution of this matter.
