Avoid – Cancelled my order but they are still selling the item!

Took my money, then cancelled my order two days later with absolutely no explanation. It is clearly not a stock issue, because the exact same item is still listed as "In Stock" on their website right now.

Now I am told it will take another 5 days to get my money back. They have essentially held my money for a week for nothing, preventing me from buying it elsewhere before it sells out.

Terrible business practice. Avoid this company, don't give them your money, and shop elsewhere!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Take money then cancel your order 24 hours later, leaving you waiting 5 days for a refund. Bad customer service and bad communication. Avoid. Order number 119562

Returned order no refund and want nothing to do with it.

They have literally robbed me. Sent a authorised return back with proof of postage and they will not return my money. Evri has obviously robbed my return as it has not moved since I dropped it off at the post office. Back and forth emails with them got nowhere, so had to open a PayPal dispute. And guess what PayPal sided with them!

So basically Evri robbed the return and FOOTPATROL robbed me of £157.50.

Footpatrol are saying PayPal's verdict is final.

I have got the receipt with proof of return to the post office and there own return portal acknowledged that it has been dropped off.

Absolute joke of a company and customer service.

Order number 108613

Followed the advice from the reply on the review to no outcome whatsoever. Keep getting passed around from department to department.

Be very careful when returning items you may also get robbed.

Faulty shoes and no response from customer service!

I used Footpatrol for the first time as I saw they had the Adidas EVO SL ATR's for sale and I've been looking to purchase these for a long time. I have owned numerous pairs of the EVO EL's and they have always been faultless but unfortunately after just 2 runs in these new trainers the adidas stripes started peeling off both shoes. I emailed Footpatrol and sent photos of the damage and heard no response even after replying to their autoreply email requesting further info. I waited a couple of weeks and did the process again and still didn't get any response. I then didn't use the shoes to prevent further damage and after a week emailed them again to no avail. I have worn the shoes on a couple more runs since and the whole of the stripes are basically peeling off which is actually reducing their level of "water repellent" as the water can now ingress through this area of the shoe. These shoes are obviously faulty but Footpatrol were not willing to even respond regarding the issues. Certainly won't shop there again.

Paying for nothing

I rember that I have already sent you a message but when a wanted to deliver a pair of shoes to my uncle´s place, the automatic corrector that didn’t find his place out another place, I didn’t saw that and couldn’t get the shoes.
They did return to the expeditor (footpatrol) but I was never repayed.

Ordered 2 pairs of Adidas x Hartcopy. Shoes never left the warehouse but are somehow “missing in transit”. Over 2 weeks later and I’ve only been refunded for 1 pair after 3 emails with support. Worst service I’ve ever had.
