Worst ever online shopping experience

Received wrong item and another customers personal data on a delivery note, derisory compensation offer of £25- voucher for two wasted half days and my data being sent to the other customer. Asked them just to send me the correct item to resolve it, they said that a refund and me returning the incorrect item was company policy. Absolutely horrendous customer service from Footpatrol and JDPLC in general. I will never purchase from them again.

Potential customers should not be fooled by the Footpatrol response, they were given multiple opportunities to come to a satisfactory resolution. They failed. JDPLC, the owners of Footpatrol, we also given multiple opportunities, they also failed.

They felt that a £25- voucher was reasonable compensation for 2 wasted half days (one waiting in for the wrong item, another to return it) and sending my personal data to another customer, (and theirs to me) which is a clear, multiple breach of GDPR.

Reading the reviews data breaches are a regular occurrence, an absolute joke of an organisation.

Wasn’t informed of Terriffs

Wasn’t informed of Terriffs. Over paid for my shoe and my shipping time was almost 2 months. Was contacted by another company to deliver my shoes and didn’t look legitimate so I ignored which prolonged the process. Come to find out that I was shipped the wrong size. Over all, horrible experience.
