I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Foot Patrol. I purchased a pair of retro Jordan 4 sneakers for an inflated price of $278, expecting premium service to match the premium cost. Unfortunately, I never even received the shoes.
The package ended up stuck at customs due to unpaid duties/fees—something that should have been handled properly on the seller’s end before shipping internationally. It’s unacceptable to charge customers high resale prices and then fail to ensure the product can actually be delivered.
To make matters worse, their customer service was completely unresponsive. I reached out multiple times via email trying to resolve the issue, and received no meaningful reply or assistance. No updates, no accountability, nothing.
Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience. I paid a premium price and got zero product and zero support in return. I would not recommend Foot Patrol based on this experience.
