I've had a good experience but...
I've had a good experience buying my favourite Air Max 95s and dealing with customer service when necessary. However, I live in the UK and i wish they would just include the import fees or pay for it on their end just to reduce the hassle with DHL

I love Footshop
I love Footshop. They always have exactly what I need. The experience with your business is has been great and I appreciate you guys. The only problem I had this time with my order was I had to pay a duty tax of $77 that I’ve never had to pay before and I’m sure this is because of the new tariffs put in place. Would that being said I may not order from you guys for a while you’re not knowing what the new tariff or do this tax will be on the items I appreciate you guys and I love doing business with you. Havent even received my order yet and…
Havent even received my order yet and im already rating is poorly. ordered a pair of trainers 27/9. ETA 3-6 business days. Its currently 10/10, no sign of them even being in the UK yet.
ONLY reason theyre getting more than 1 star is because ive chased 2 separate times via email and they have responded, even though not the most helpful. NO ETA YET.

I very rarely write reviews
I very rarely write reviews. Also, I am a very careful internet shopper so typically stick to the same named, branded websites. I had seen a pair of adidas trainers but reluctant to pay the advertised price when saw that they were £70 cheaper at Footshop. I did my research and decided to buy. I was not disappointed.
Kept fully informed of order progress and shipping tracking via DHL. Some reviews stated long delivery times but my trainers arrived 1 day early and 4 days after order, coming from Prague.
Overall a wonderful experience and now added to my trusted sites. Will definitely use again.
