Nice shoes. Good communication. Speedy delivery from the Footshop though the pick up shop here in Denmark forgot to scan the parcel so I had to wait two extra days. No worries. Footshop is a great place to buy shoes and I'll do business with them again for sure.

Good product. And delivery was fine.

Defect item received. My trainers arrived with a brown stain in them this is so disappointing and unsuitable. This was my first order from you and has put me off buying trainers online. All trainers should be properly checked over before sending them out. This is now a useless item I want this resolving and I did contact you and received no response from you. Really unhappy customer would not use you again

Up to date delivery messages and delivered on time unless than a week. Price 40% cheaper than high street and trainers arrived in perfect condition. Was thinking I was going to get hit with extra customs charges but there wasn’t any. Very very happy and will now be my first port of call when shooing for trainers

If DHL are delivering to one of their hubs, they need to know when they are open. Got my delivery two days later because the premises they went to were closed! Not Footshop’s fault.

Was delayed because the various items needed to be gathered, apparently. But well communicated. The initial email to inform me of the delay was vague, I wasn't sure if it would be days or weeks, but it turned out to be days. I would give 4.5 stars if possible, but I'm giving 4 as feedback so that they might try and be a bit more reassuring in how long the process would have taken. And if they can use that feedback I'm sure it will lead to plenty of 5* reviews in the future. As far as trust pilot is concerned, completely legit, completely trustworthy. I got what I asked for, and for the most part, pretty much when I asked for it

The shoes were nice, and delivery quick. I wanted to return one pair, but that was not easy and ended up not returning (I paid extra for return services). Live i Norway and had to pay 6-800 kroner ekstra in fees and taxes.

UK customers be aware!
Although the prices are reasonable, there is a hidden VAT charge to all UK deliveries. The shoes ordered were not the right size, so I returned them. DHL are now chasing me for an unpaid £50 unpaid duty and VAT bill, even though I never kept the shoes. £50 to try some shoes on! I contacted the customer service team to query this and they were most unhelpful and at times sarcastic.

Arrived quicker than expected, great easy to use website.

Won a raffle from my profile , order did not appear,then the shipping company did not reach out until I complained ,then I received the shoes won from the raffle and the packaging was damaged and the shoes were tried on.

Reached out to support and I received just a generic response that I can return them.

However no empathy in relation inconvenience from their business and practices since apparently these 10 business day are free in my book
