Price for limited edition trainers was the best around. Website is easy and payment straight forward. They do need to offer fast postage though, only economy to UK is available right now.

I recently purchased a pair of New Balance 9060 a few days ago but unfortunately the quality is very poor.
After only a few hours / 1-2 wears, the sole has completely detached on one or both shoes. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not normal wear.
I contacted the store / seller for an exchange, but they have repeatedly refused, even though the shoes are still within the return/warranty period and show a clear defect from the beginning.
It is unacceptable for a premium model like the 9060 to fall apart after minimal use. I request an immediate exchange for a new, defect-free pair, or a full refund.
Please resolve this urgently. If not, I will have no choice but to file an official complaint with consumer protection authorities, post clear photos and videos of the defect on social media, and leave negative reviews on relevant platforms.
I look forward to your prompt reply with a concrete solution.

Wow these shoes arrived pretty quickly. I was a little worried after reading the reviews of the site but I went on ahead and ordered them. The shoes are as described and was packaged very well. The import fee was kind of high but overall good experience.

Defective shoes
I have already reported that I received 2 defective pairs of shoes, and I haven’t received an answer from the customer service. The suede of the shoe wasn’t smooth, but with “knots”, while I have seen this shoe in real life and I know its design is smooth, normal suede. The other pair had such a wide inner sole, which makes your foot step side-words, and not straight. It feels unfair to cover the return fee for defective items.

Footshop keeps my money and wants a fee for their own mistake!!!!
I have had a deeply frustrating experience with Footshop in connection with my order no. 13289179.
Footshop deducted the entire amount (1,462 DKK) immediately, but now writes that there has been a “technical glitch”, that my order has been cancelled – and that I have to go in and order and pay again.
Yet they send me all the details of my order, so their system has clearly registered it. Why don’t they just send the item I have already paid for?
It gets worse:
They write that I will not get my money back until 7 working days.
A credit note has been created, where they also write that they are deducting “a small fee” from my refund "In order to continue to offer high quality and easy returns and to partially cover the costs associated with returns, we will deduct a small fee from the refund".
They do not state how much this fee is.
In other words: I now have to both do without my money and pay a fee because Footshop made a mistake. This is unacceptable and, in my opinion, exceptionally poor customer service - and outright fraud.
On top of that, they are trying to get me to “give them another chance” and look at other products, instead of solving the problem and delivering the shoes I paid for, seems both disrespectful and frivolous.
I expect:
A full refund without any fees.
An explanation of why I have to pay again for an order they have already charged.
That they change their practices so that customers do not have to pay for their mistakes.
Based on this, I cannot recommend Footshop!

The purchase expérience was ok. Îm in QC so I had to pay for costums duties… Than The shore are too big. So I don’t want to retire mybiyems because it’s gone a cost me more than I already spend.
So I lost like 200$ for a pair of shoes….

I ordered from the Channel Islands and there was no mention of not being able to deliver here. Over a week later, when my parcel got to the UK, it was cancelled and told they don't deliver here. This was for a present and now I don't have one

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. My order (a 43 EUR hat) arrived thrown in a cardboard box without any plastic wrap or even the original factory paper tags. This makes me doubt if the product is even new or authentic. It feels like I was sent a display model or a returned item, which is very unprofessional. Definitely not the quality of service I expected from Footshop.
